Had bought from them before, great product and very happy with my shutters. Delivery fees were a bit pricey but I was O. K.with it. However, their after sales service is non existent. I needed help with replacing a shutter panel. I wrote at least three times giving my details and the order information. Got no reply at all. Very disappointed. I am wondering if they are still in business.

We ordered plantation shutters from spot on shutters, they said 2 weeks but we got it in 4 weeks. Price was cheap and the quality is also cheap, they said it is made in Australia. It got crack in the frame painting is very bad and installer do not know what he is doing and can't explain the issue. I suggest everyone to please stay away from this spot on shutters!
