Spot on Panels

My third dealing with spot on panels at Deer Park in the last 10 years, and they've continued to improve.
I've always been satisfied with their customer service, but this time I was beyond impressed. I didn't have to say anything - the extremely polite girl that served me knew exactly what to do before I even had to ask.
Service that keeps me coming back, and I would always recommend spot on for the aforementioned reasons.

Very disappointed picked up my car last Thursday in the rain couldn't access the my car as it was lefted in the rain. Next day noticed that there was paint running down my door. Call next day left message no call back so l end up taking my car back and they blamed me and wouldn't take responsibility for the paint on my door told me to go through my insurance to repair the damage they had done. The accessor advised me that someone through an egg on my car and said that was the issue. What a joke.wouldn't take responsibility and had the nerve to actually blame me. Was told l needed proof. I have used this panel shop multiple times with different vehicles and now wouldn't uses them again. People word of advise take photos of all your panels before U go and double check your car before driving away. Extremely disappointed.

Lovely girls at the counter. I've brought my car here on numerous occasions and have also taken my car to its dealership. They really care and do a spot on job compared to the Mercedes benz dealership. Very well organised and handled the insurance side of things for me. Also, the owner is obviously a perfectionist because the whole place was immaculate. The panel shop floor was shiny, which is almost wrong in a panel shop lol

Very happy with the service and work done on my X-TRAIL. They even pushed the job through faster so we could have it in time for camping this Christmas.

The receptionist Ingrid was extremely rude and offensive. Kept arguing that my car was not there even though i mentioned my car is already undergoing repairs. She even shouted and yelled and made nasty comments. She should be fired and not allowed to do customer service. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.

My car was taken there after an accident I went to get my belongings out they were very helpful in helping me to open the boot

I had a extremely good experience here. From start to finish the staff were professional in helping me get my commodore repaired. They always kept me in the loop and I felt the process went smoothly.

Leanne went above and beyond which made processing my claim stress free.

Highly recommend this place, I found the receptionists to be very friendly and helpful throughout my process, I had crashed my car 3 weeks after I had purchased it and it was sent here by my insurance company, after reading reviews I was a Lil worried but I completely disagree to the negative feedback this place has received, my car needed to be quoted and then reviewed by my insurer wich they helped speed the process up, then once they got approval they got straight into repairing it, they were more than happy to keep me updated throughout the process which I will admit I was very persistent with as I had to return my hire car after 2 weeks, but they were very patient and understanding and got my car repaired very quickly, the whole process took 3 weeks and my car came back to me as good as new, I was worried my car would not be able to be repaired but they did a fantastic job,

Receptionist is so rude as she doesn't know how to talk to a customer. I wasn't expecting that from spot on panel. Even $2 shop people talk politely and here they are getting thousands of dollars and having such a poor Receptionist. Next time for sure I will pick some other place to get my car ready.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
This company will try any way possible to extort you to pay “made up” fees once you decide you no longer want to use them as a repairer! They were trying to charge me $5,600 and would not release my car unless the payment was made and when I confronted them about these fees, they tried everything in their power to convince me they had to be paid, even to the extent of contacting the insurance company and processing my claims as “fraud” however, I sought legal advice and called the police who advised me all the fees they were trying to charge were illegal and irrelevant and when I approached them with this information they had nothing to say besides, this is my company I can charge what I want. These people are nothing but lying thieves. Jess Vassallo and Vasko are two evil and unprofessional manipulative human beings with one of the worst attitudes I have every come across. I ended up having my car released free of charge, as I would not cave in to their ridiculous made up fees. Please do your research before using this pathetic company!

Lady named Jess extremely rude. No customer service skills. This place Ripped us off tried to charge us 600 for a little scratch on the loan car, then we complained and they brought it down to 300 which is still too expensive. Said if we don’t pay don’t get the car back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, INCOMPETANT BAD WORKMANSHIP AND CAR COMES BACK IN WORST STATE, electrical problems and water leak problems
Had car back four times only to find it come back with additional problems. Absolutely no quality control. Even my interior had visible damage that was not there before, just incompetent all round.

Thieves - About $15 worth of change "disappeared" from my console when I picked up my car. They would not take responsibility. Hid behind their "you signed a contract" line and claimed "none of our staff would do that". Well, someone did!

They did a fantastic job repairing a rear bumper of a mercedes C class, it was 2 tone purple and not easy to do.

Pricing was the best among the shops quoted, staff were friendly and professional.

Will go there again (hopes not, but if life happens then yes)

Took my car there for repair as it was the chosen repairer for my insurance company.
The car was badly damaged and I expected it to take months. But they finished the job in less than 3 weeks.
The customer service staff were very polite and cheerful, special shout-out to Ingrid for her cheerful and lovely demeanor.
