Spot On Kebabs

Worst customer service. I rang to make an order. Asked if they had lamb shish kebabs. They said yes. Got there and she wants to serve me chum dog food on a spit! Hygiene looks terrible. Lots better options

I love Spot on kebabs shop on 267 Ballarat road Braybrook. The foods is super beautiful and juicy and fresh and every night I have it for my kids after work. The staffs is so kind and generous and friendly and easy to communicate because they listen what I needed, I feel they look like family.

Al and the team at spot on kebabs do wonderful kebabs and hsps always look forward to going there and the bomba sauce is bloody delicious it adds a nice complex layer of flavour.

Honestly great customer service. Was there last night and came with a large group. Food was great and although service took a little longer than usual, was given free sweets and owner kept apologising. No apologies was needed and we will all continue to come back!

I ordered through Menulog. Fries were soggy didn’t taste or felt like fries seemed like someone microwaved it. Kebabs literally dripping Soup not even sauce.: (Really disappointed with my orders.

Bought two kebabs a couple days ago- lamb kebab and a chicken kebab, they were one of the best. It had the perfect amount of fillings and sauces and nicely toasted.
And it was very tasty.
So I'm back again tonight and it will be the only place I get my kebabs now.
Definitely recommend here.

Fantastic food! It was very fresh and flavorful. We go there frequently. We could tell it was just made for us. Yum!

I ordered a large HSP with mixed meat and three sauces hoping my thoughts and fears were wrong. I opened my typical styro box and took my first bite and it was absolutely terrible, scarce amounts of meat, there must be a chicken shortage in Australia atm that the media has missed. However, the worst part of this meal was the chips, which for one wasn't chips at all, it was a potato smileys which replaced the chips without us being informed. If they simply informed us that they ran out of chips we wouldve just simply ordered a kebab. But what they did is basically lie to us and gave us the wrong product. Initially, when I first received my order I didn't check my food, the man at the front offered us 2 free drinks and free sauce, I thought to myself what a nice, genuine guy, when I then sat down and opened and tasted the food, I realised that the guy was trying to compensate for what was missing in the productNo flavour, sauces taste old and lifeless, making me question life itself. I wouldn’t come back if my genuine life depended on it, I would take many many punishments before eating this low low level of meal again. Stay away please, don’t suffer like we did.

Food was incredible, especially the chips - spot on for sure! The service is like service you'd get anywhere, nothing to write home about. Atmosphere is as good as being near a 70 zone could ever get.

I had a small chicken HSP, which had plenty in it and a butter chicken kebab was 1 of the best I've had and Great service thanks guys

The food is delicious and fresh
My favourite is the hsp with bomba sauce. The chips are fantastic.
If you haven't tried the bomba sauce, I recommend you give it a go

Drove here for a kebab for the first time very early New Year’s morning, after celebrations. A few customers there but not overly busy, so service was reasonably fast (extra star). Unfortunately, I didn’t even get halfway through the kebab, just could not finish as it was seriously terrible. Dry meat, salads weren’t fresh and bread tasted stale. I hope the owner doesn’t try to brush this off or use excuses like the replies on other poor reviews and actually tries to improve on it’s quality. It’s a great set up with the double container, and convenient spot to boot, so potential is definitely there, just gotta get the food right

Just went to spot on kebabs my favourite place for a quick fix thanks guys always so kind and there new surprise will knock ya off ya feet so try it out guys defs a nice place to eat!

Best kebabs ever! Especially when made by boss man Al.very friendly.never been disappointed.my go to kebab place for years.even when I lived elsewhere I would travel.highly recommend

Very good falafel, not dry at all and great serving size of chips! Been here a few times and really good every time!

Very rude, unwelcoming staffs. Foods are below standard. Coles chips all over the menu Good trick!

Sometimes you will get leftover chips and very dry kebabs.
