The team behind the scenes are 100% commited and caring of the customer and have done everything in their power to make it feel personal and professional. Highly recommend such supportive teams which are hard to find in this day and age. A special shout out to Kate for her phone call and helping me out!

Awesome service, we wouldn’t have been able to go to the UFC in Perth without these guys. Our seats were sooo good.

We used Sportsnet for ufc 284 travel package. Great company would highly recommend. Craig was extremely helpful.

Edit in response to owner - beware of price gouging due to the monopoly they have over certain events. Packages for UFC 284 for example offered no pricing breakdown as they wanted to charge over $1800pp for a ticket and two nights accommodation. Ended up waiting and getting the same category tickets through the public release for under $300 each. Unsurprising that their quote only gives a total as they leave their large profits undisclosed to the client.

Attended the Australian Open 2023 through Sportsnet - x4 days Mon - Thur - W1 of the tournament. Great views from a large private corporate box that overlooks the baseline on John Cain Arena. Comfortable seating, private bar, private toilets, multiple TVs inside to keep an eye on other courts, and A/C when it gets a little warm outside. Superior customer service, with special thanks to Renee, Caitie and Yolanda - all very friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks for a great time - I'll be back in 2024!

Went to Birdsville races with sportsnet. We had a blast. Brooke who was our tour organiser was a dead set legend. It rained the whole first day and threw a spanner in the works but she handle it awesome. Will definitely travel with sportsnet again.

A great way to get close to the action of the Finke Desert Race in Central Australia, with a great group of like-minded people. Our tour guide James and our drivers went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and assisted us to catch some extra attractions such as the Reptile Centre. The Sportsnet team in Melbourne was very helpful and great to deal with, especially with cancellations and credits during the 2020/2021 travel restrictions. An honest and fun company, very passionate about sport!

Best company to use for F1 races, looking forward to our second trip to Singapore this year (2022). The service is always A+. They even helped us out with this years Australian GP. Looking forward to using these guys for more trips around the world! My better half I think knows the staff by name now!

We attended the Finke Desert race in Alice Springs with Sportsnet and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Our onsite host, James was fantastic with communicating and accommodating our group. Great value for money and highly recommend Sportnet for worry free holidays.

We had a fabulous day in the Sportsnet Super Suite in John Cain Arena on Thursday 20th January to watch the tennis. It was our first time in this suite and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable seats and air conditioned lounge and all the facilities. The hosts were most helpful and friendly. We will do it again next year.

We (as a group of 4 middle aged males) have done 4 holidays with sportsnet.
3 Malaysia moto GP's and 1Thailand moto GP they have all been excellent well organised excellent accommodation transport to and from tracks a Friday night evening with Aussie riders including Jack Miller and other Aussie riders in Moto 1 and 2.
We will be going again when Covid is over and we will be definitely be going with Sportsnet.
If your thinking of going definitely give Sportsnet a call.

Have always found the staff at Sportsnet incredibly friendly and helpful and this was truly put to the test when we had flown to Melbourne for the Australian Open and part way through our trip Melbourne went into lockdown. We had emails, text messages and a phone call from Ian as soon as the news broke checking to see what we wanted to do or if we needed help getting home. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they did in what must have been an incredibly stressful time.

What a fantastic company! We'd done the TT's on the Isle of Man in 2018 and it was brilliant, so we booked both the Ulster GP and Classic TT's for August 2020.
My wife was fortunate to experience the Aust Open with Sportsnet in Jan 20 and was blown away once again with the hospitality suite etc put on by them.
Then the world got Covid19. Unfortunately both race events we'd booked were cancelled by the organisers, so there went our trip.

Sportsnet Holidays to the rescue! Their professionalism with regards to notifying us as things progressed has been outstanding. We are so very grateful to all staff we've had dealings with but Brooke in particular, as she had been keeping us up to date throughout the entire crazy time.

We can't wait to re book any event with them once we can travel whether in Australia or overseas. Keep up the great work in providing tours for all us sports crazy people to attend in style!

Thanks to all staff at Sportsnet for your help and dedication in such a trying time. Both Sue and I truly appreciate it.:)

Stay safe and well & we will def see you on the other side!

Following the cancellation of the Formula 1 and when sorting refunds out, the company charged me over a $1k for the hotel stay which was room only.
I made a booking for the duration of nights and increased the number of people from 1 to 2. I even asked for the same room and managed to get the room for $260.
Sportsnet then said it was because I got the merchandise. This means I must have the most expensive bag pack and lanyard in world. The package i got was $3700 and i received $1400 back because i used the hotel and got a backpack.
I paid for a sportsmanship dinner and not get a refund from this as the food had been bought. Well I am sorry that is not my fault it was bought. I had to go and pay for food additionally that evening. If the food had been bought why could it not be cooked?
Another part of the package was a helicopter tour which I got $95 back for. I looked into this and the same duration in an helicopter is $320 another con and lie from sportsnet.
They are the biggest con artists i have ever come into contact with and would not recommend the next doors cat used their services.
Reviews do not lie. The last positive review this company received was 3 years ago.
DO NOT TRUST THEM - CON ARTISTS PREYING ON AUSTRALIANS DURING COVID

Yep no refunds at all when Covid hit. Not their fault but not ours either. No idea if we can travel next year or the year after so don't tell us that is best for both parties. Good for you not us. Pretty poor from an Aussie compny. Look somewhere else for your holiday.

Recently went to a State of Origin game with Sportsnet. Gotta say, one of the best experiences of my life. The pre game function with Robbie Kearns and Petero Civoniceva was fantastic - it added such special and exclusive feel that I wouldn't have had with just the tickets. The accommodation was great and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I had such a great time with these guys that I'm now planning to go to the Rugby World Cup in England with them next year!
