0 stars for the guy who didn't even bother to look at the shoe I was holding when I asked if they had it in a different size. "Nah we just have the ones that are out. "
When I asked the young lady the same question with the same shoe but from the wall display she couldn't have been more helpful.
Went out the back and found the size asked for and then went out and found one half a size up.
She was brilliant he was disengaged, inept and ignorant.
5 stars for the very helpful, professional young woman.

Excellent range of sporting equipment and sports clothes. Great prices - especially the discounted items - though sometimes the availability of sizes can be limited. If you like to shop at Rebel, then visit these guys for competitive pricing and range.

Cricket section - I have been to this store quite a few times. I had a mixed experience before but over the time, I believe they have improved the customer service. The people who look after the cricket section are reasonably knowledgeable and provide valuable recommendations. This makes a considerable difference between online vs in-store shopping. Keep it up!

This is definitely a great place for cheap/affordable, last stock, sale items.i came looking for neutral coloured runners for myself and was lucky enough to find NB size 6; bought my son ASICS size 12 kids.there are limited sizes but if you are not fussed with styles then you are sure to find a pair for yourself.also make sure you sign up for the discount member card if you are a frequent shopper.staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Went to look for an exercise bike, and was greeted by Tom. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Give the man an immediate promotion and pay rise Great experience thank you.

This place puts the likes of Rebel Sport, sport Co, Atheletes Foot, Tennis Warehouse etc to shame.

Some really great deals here, particularly with the pricier sporting brands. Staff are nice enough, however it's clear that some don't really want to be there.would return for some good deals on sporting clothing items. Change rooms seem a little dodgy, could do with a revamp.

I was truly astonished with the range of sporting goods here. I haven't seen anything comparable in Melbourne or elsewhere. They even have equipment for such niche sports as pickleball! The prices are reasonable and the staff were wonderful. This really is a quite remarkable store. Do yourself a favour and visit Sportsmart Moorabbin!

Very poor experience at the Moorabin store, it was a week day and hardly any customers.
Needed help with some footy boots, the lady who was in the area might as well have been on the moon, had no interest at all in helping us and or offering advice.
Each time I asked for help she would huff and puff and walk off in a hissy fit.
Terrible service, ended up walking out and went to Rebel sports who were the complete opposite.
Won’t be shopping here again - customer service doesn’t take much!

Very helpful staff, nice selection of soccer boots compared to other sports shops in the area. I ended up ordering click and collect to get a range of sizes and styles to try out and returned the ones that were unsuitable with no hassle. Refund was issued the following day which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks everyone who helped us out

One of the staffs was very rude, I was waiting for her to acknowledge my presence over the counter and she was ignoring the whole time, when I requested attention she said, won't be too long, later when I got her attention, I asked about stock availability she asked me to call china, and it wasn't said in fun way but in a sarcastic way.

After being told I could not be left alone looking at hockey sticks, being treated as a ship lifter left a negative view on this place. If they were not the only establishment selling a particular colour running shoe I would have shopped elsewhere. Some customer service training for staff may help.

Great store purchased items on a Friday one of the items I purchased didn’t suite due to my injuries. I rang the next day gave me a refund on the item no drama’s and gave me helpful advice on possible suitable items Thank You Mal excellent customer service.

Sales staff in the cricket section help me a lot to find me a lite weight bat.
But I left the bat to treatment, they said that the going to ring me once it ready but there was no call Thursday
So I have to go on Saturday to pick it up. Bit disappointed.

They have a good collection of sports products, and the service earned them a four-star rating. The guy in charge of the cricket section is an expert and a lovely guy, but a handful of the people downstairs don't seem to care about their customers.

Its always a good store buy general sports gear and specially cricket gear. But I feel the range of cricket gear available this year has reduced.

Absolutely appalling service. Been trying to get a refund on a pair of sneakers which fell apart within 2 months. Sent the sneakers back about 6 weeks ago and can’t even get a response from Kaylor or any of the team now. Have just lodged a complaint with Fair Trading as had no other option. Such a waste of time. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Went there to get some cricket equipment for the children.

Staff are knowledgeable and honest about their advice and assess the requirements without too many questions.

Very happy with the suggestions and the products.
