Extremely poor service by the Manager! I know your name but I would rather not put it online. Spoke to the manager at09: 30am, she checked and held an item which was to be picked up. When I got to the store, she claimed it was faulty and they have already sent it away.could clearly tell that she was lying, didn’t have the faulty item to show me, seemed like she had either kept it for herself or sold it to someone else. Waster of time! Will make an official complaint. You can do better Sportsgirl!
