Went in and bought some things on Saturday 13th Jan 24’ around 6: 20pm and the girl behind the counter was so lovely! Really grateful to have been served by someone so kind

The people here are always really friendly but today a staff member (I so wish I’d gotten her name) went above and beyond today trying to find a pair of jeans for me, which she did and I bought, that I had to leave a review. She was brilliant, will be back

One of the sales assistant and store manager surely do not know how to do their jobs. Wasn’t able to return an online item for a refund when it’s been done previously without kicking a fuss. Their return policy on the website also acknowledges it and others stores have been able to do so. Just appalling service! Those two definitely need some sort of training.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the amazing staff who helped me get an outfit together in 5 mins, was the best customer service I have ever received, I’m not sure of your names girls that helped me yesterday but thank you so so much you deserve my day xxx

The items they sell are good quality they last mostly for more than a year. They have a wide range of cute make up, chick clothes and pretty accessories

Even though it’s kinda expensive, it’s good quality. I really wanna get the gold eye shadow pallet it’s very natural yet shimmery and perfect to wear any where.

Definitely going to visit again ️

All the girls in here were super friendly and sweet, didn't feel like they were pressuring me or being annoying like shop assistants can be in some places! Also ended up spending $250 because the clothes are so good whoops
