Never in my life will I ever return to shop in Sportscutter in Epping Plaza! I have spent hundreds in this store but I highly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this business. The staff is very pushy wanting you to buy more and so very expensive. Do NOT let these ladies talk you into buying things you don’t want or need. Last time I was in this shop I spent over $400 on layby had paid $324 with $100 to pay. To be told layby has been cancelled. My layby was over a year with contact due to being very unwell and not working. But Could not even get a refund. I will be taking this further with. Oh also asked for head office number which the staff member gave me to find out they gave me a disconnected number. Definitely SCAM.

You cannot get a refund, you need to get an change within 7 days and you can only exchange when they have staff in that know how to exchange. This is ridiculous! Will never shop here again. The number they give you for Head Office is disconnected. This is a disgrace. Scam a like.

Exceptional customer service! Took the time and showed patience throughout. Yes they did make a substantial sale with the purchase we made but can I say that the customer service certainly made it worth it. I would recommend this business based on the customer experience alone.

The staff at Sportscutter Boutique in Epping are great. As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted by Helen who went out of her way to be helpful and very friendly. Helen knew exactly what style and color suited my figure. Thank you Sportscutter I will be back anytime I need something special I now, know where to shop.

I've never had such bad customer service and staff that trick you into buying. Picked up my layby and didn't want the brooch and tried to tell me i had to buy it. Very overpriced chinese dresses, never again.

2 ladies that only care about making sales. They don't have customer service skills, don't tell you the prices and they overcharge people for less than good quality items. Will never go there again. If i didn't check the lay bay (which I cancelled) I wouldn't have realised they wrongly charge me for items i didn't agree to buy.

Unfortunately I have to give a star rating and can't do less than 1.

The staff were happy to fall over themselves as soon as we walked in the door to push tops on my sister, who has stage 3 breast cancer, for her very small wedding.

We were unaware of the prices, but besides that. They then tried to up sell with extra items and when we asked the price were told an extraordinary amount of money.

When we told her we needed to think about it and asked her to hold it for an hour. The answer was 'Oh no, I couldn't do that. I don't want to loose a sale today.

Well she lost the sale.
Because we most likely would have come back for it.
Do not engage with these snooty rich bitches who treat people as sales only. No humanity
