Amazing customer service experience, would give ten stars if there was an option to do so, a very customer obsessed approach:)

I visited Sportscraft Emporium on the weekend to try on a couple of shirts that had been put on hold for me. The customer service at this store was excellent! Mandy was very friendly and very efficient. The presentation of the store was also of a very high standard.

Situated on Level 2, store is impeccably clean and tidy. Customer service is top notch and did a quick simple refund from an online purchase.

Would be great if more details were supplied in the address as to WHERE in Emporium the store is located i.e. What level etc.

It is unbelievable service. This store has professional, fast service and without being pushy they are helpful, know the stock and if the size is not there they rush off and get it from another store whilst you are trying the clothes on. The manager is consistently helpful and is a fashion expert.

I found the mix of staff and ages helps because they work with what you want and you can if you are a 50 year old discuss what you want with someone around your age and if you are young the young staff are ready and available to help. I hate going into those stores where the staff are hating the job and you are an inconvenience. These guys in everyone of their shops have the most professional staff that take the work seriously and are not just fill ins. Worth going there and there is rarely a shop that I visit that has more items to buy that I like the range is diverse and consistently changing. Well done Sportscraft I have been a loyal shopper and will continue to be so as your clothes are quality, wash well and unlike disposable fashion from those untidy cheap imported junk shops looks good and is well displayed. Real professionals.

Regardless of the store i go to (and i have been to many of them) Myer provide extremely poor service with no stock control.

Staff consistently dont care, cant order items, cant find stock, and just give a damn. When they do care, they are unable to order items or tell me how many they have, where i can purchase them, or when they will be re-stocked.

Its like shopping in 1934 with pathetic customer service. Just last year I asked them to order something - they write the order on a piece of paper! Sure enough, the item was never ordered!

Dont waste your time here - they either wont have it in stock or they wont be able to find it. Or their staff wont care enough to try & find it.
