2I bought a pair of $90 kids New Balance shoes and after only a few days there was a fault with the stretch shoe laces. I tried to take them back but the store wouldn't refund or replace the shoes. They told me that they had wavered the returns policy with New Balance in order to get a discount from the NB wholesale. In other words increase their profits over customer satisfaction. They did offer to fix them at the shoe repair man but for $90 I would expect that I shouldn't have to settle for a pair of stitched and fixed shoes. Horrible customer service and don't buy from here go to Rebel where you can return faulty products.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards us. The staff were rude and didn’t give us a refund then tried to manipulate us, not coming back.
