Sportsco Head Office

Buyer beware: have reciept and purchased yesterday. Refused to provide, credit note or exchange or refund on footy boots one size to small for my son. Unused and full priced item. Instore 02/06/19 @ 1150am epping.

Do not purchase goods online as you cannot exchange these goods in-store if required, they have to be sent back to head office at your own cost.

Very poor customer service and website. Allowed me to place an order on their online portal, payment processed. Then to be followed immediately with an email that the item is unavailable and that they could not fulfil my order. A refund would be processed in 3-4 days.

I went instore and there it is on the shelf.

Sportsco are a great company and I hope they hang around for a long time. I have always shopped in their bricks and mortar stores and have had a great experience due to helpful, friendly staff. Recently I used their online service to purchase a product. I needed to make flexible delivery options, and I was directed to Kaitlin at the Richmond head office. Kaitlin was professional, efficient, and performed more than her role would entail. Thank you Kaitlin, and thank you sportsco. The human services side of your organization is working well as it is evident by staff in your stores, at your warehouse, and as mentioned head office.
