3Returning faulty items has been a nightmare! My sons $90 ASICS shoes lasted 4 weeks, then a hole in the stitching. Was told they will send back to Asics and inform me of a refund- was told to wait 4 days…two weeks later and still nothing? Every time I ask for an update I get zero information. Should be this hard.hopeless customer service.
Really enjoyed our lunch, lots to choose from on the menu. Not really sure I enjoy the new ordering procedures that are due to covid19, miss talking to the staff. But great place and will definately be going back.
Rejected items from across the brands. A dumping ground of defected and refurbished shows.
Bought a pair of Nike shoes for the kid in December 2018, the shoes' pasting started coming off within 3 months of usage. Went back within the warranty period and was told the item need to be sent to Nike for assessment. 3 weeks later checked with them and I was rudely informed that the assessment has been rejected by Nike deeming it as NATURAL WEAR & TEAR.are you kidding me?
So what I am being told is that a pair of $70 Nike shoes won't hold its shape and will loose its pasting within months of its usage.
Update 26th April 2019: I spoke to Nike Australia and they asked me to check with SportCo about the rejection comments they got from Nike. On questioning SportsCo said the SUPPLIER rejected the damage by saying it was natural wear and tear. It was never sent to Nike. Liars. I am following it up with Nike.
