My daughters needed new runners.

I rung the shop today 15 mins prior to 5: 30pm close time. I had Nick answer the phone, he assured me that if I got there at 5: 30pm he would stay back 5 mins.
Nick ended up working 10 mins over close time just to make sure my girls were happy with their new runners.

Above and beyond customer service!
Rarely do you see this in retail.

Went in this evening to find replacement for my work shoes. Tonight’s (13/04/2023) evening staffs (sorry didn’t get the chance to ask their names but they know who they are) were so kind enough to help me and even went out their way to get my shoe size. Thank you so much for being so helpful and accommodating to customers! Will definitely come back.

Worst customer service by store manager.don’t buy any thing from Sportsco Werribee. I went to buy some kids stuff but also bought adidas shoes after insisting by sale man. I couldn’t wear the shoes because of manufacturing fault. Only worn twice. Shoes are uncomfortable and pinching. I Went back after 15 days but store manager denied to help. Now they left me with faulty shoes which I can’t wear at all. I will also post this review in all social media to avoid this shop

There is no zero stars rating otherwise would have given. Extremely rude and dishonest staff showing false discounts and not honouring the prices. Never visiting again.

Exceptional customer service and excellent product knowledge. Servers were delightful and made the experience very enjoyable for the kids.

I have been there with my family there is guy Nick oh my God what a great customer service he has, once you been there you won’t come in empty hands very helpful and great deal, above the beyond, highly recommend visit there you won’t get regret

Went to look for shoes on Friday evening with my daughter. Shop was busy but, they acknowledged us and a lovely young man promptly offered to help. Very professional people passionate about helping people find the right size, fit and comfort. Highly recommend if you always struggle to find the right shoes apart from it's look. Wish you guys a good business. Thank God I took their advice.

Store looks good neat and tidy.the customer service is hit and miss as one didn't seem to want to help and the other exceeded our expectations even though she didn't have what we needed she located it at a store nearby and got them to put it on hold for us.
I wish I got her name as she was really great.

Customer service is OK OK. Out of all shoes shops in werribee plaza Athletes foot have best technology to measure your food size and width and superb customer support.

Rude staff, don’t care to call customers back in regards to orders. No customer service, manager rude, girls would rather stand and talk to each other than actually do their job and serve.

A worker by the name of Mariam was rude and disrespectful, kept looking with a stink eye towards me and gave me suspicious eyes. Overal the store is good and would do far better without her.

Went in the store with my son and looked around. Waiting to be attended to but not one of the girls bother to help. They were more worried about talking to one another. Won't be shopping there again

Good social distancing. Staff were mindful of not allowing to many into store at once. But there was no record keeping of any kind. And the actual store, not enough choice. Late teenage kids were looking for sport runners, Asic and Nike, basic choices. Would return for something else.

This shops r located in places like werribee plaza, melton & Altona shopping center. I appreciate him highly for his today's excellent customer service: I visited few shops before going to his werribee store. He helped me find out the best shoe for me as I'm suffering for heal pain issues, he spent about 1 hour to show me around, provided an excellent hospitality to me & my friend.

I will highly recommend you guys to shop from there, you won't be disappointed Thank you Manger & owner.

Honestly served by the nicest and most enthusiastic young gentleman ever. Hats of to whoever employed him and we need more people in this world like him. I did not know his name however he looked around 18 and had facial hair.

I was really happy with Stef’s customer service, very good advice for Football boots, it was worth it

Just wanted to say how exceptional the customer service was from all 3x retail assistants in store last wednesday night. So refreshing to actually be acknowledged when walking in the store not from just one but all 3x were willing to help from friendly greeting down to getting sizes, going the extra mile. Hopefully other retail stores take a page from your book because it was genuine customer service and 90% of my experience shopping in malls these days are just terrible. Thanks guys keep up the great work!
