Nice new outdoor court roof. Nicely resurfaced courts outdoors. Whole carpark is now asphalted.

Fencing in of the new courts makes it impossible to access the outdoor courts directly.

The pedestrian crossing at the far end of the carpark doesn't lead to a paved path to the main entrance - just ends on the grass.

They've increased the number of accessible parking spots. But to get to the outdoor courts you need to go through at least 2 doors.

The ones from the foyer are impossible to navigate if you're a wheelchair user as they have bar openers and no automatic option.

Otherwise you have to go via the indoor courts and risk a stray ball.

Clean, spacious and it has good ventilation. Different kinds of lines on same court which I needed a bit of time to get used to

Great premises and facilities for basketball or netball. Nice staff and service, great place for kids parties too

Pretty good venue. Staff have always been friendly.
I would just suggest more frequent polishing/cleaning of the floors so there's more grip. Very hard to play futsal on slippery courts.

Been playing basketball here every week night for many years now. Nice court and friendly staff members.

Great Venue for Netball or basketball. I spend Monday afternoon watching my Daughter's net ball game. She scored 2 out of three points for their team. This is my first time watching a netball game, still a bit confused with all the rules.
Great game, as their team have improved a lot since last year.

Clean, modern premises, excellent customer service and good staff. The car park will fill up in the evening with people sitting in their cars, waiting for their kids (don't they want to see them play?) but there are overflow facilities available and the next-door shopping centre has also lots of parking.

Very organised and helpful. Thanks to the reception all the groups from various sporting backgrounds got to enjoy the facility punctually. The venue has a high ceiling, perfect for futsal, volleyball etc. It has fresh air ventilation and it's bright enough to cater for most sports including badminton without feeling blinded when going for lob shots. Keep up the great work team!

We were here 20mins early but takes a long time to put the ring down and made us have start late and near the end put the soccer goal on about 5mins before the booking end and nearly tripped, and at the end put the ring up early and when we spoke to the lady she doesn’t care and said ohh yeah I will talk to my boss and give the three minutes back

A really bad experience

When you call for booking.most of the time no one picks up the phone and message left but never return.not a good experience

Arrived earlier than booked time but when we got there the lady said that we didn’t have a booking. I booked online and the lady on the phone told me that I was able to book it but pay upon arrival.this was NOT the case. The lady behind the desk said that our booking did not exist so I had to cancel on 10 of my girlfriends. We were all looking forward to this experience but unfortunately it was just another boring TUESDAY.anyway, all 10 people are very disappointed in this customer service. I hope that this won’t happen to anyone else in the future.

Lousy customer service- please train the employers to say the same things in regards to payment methods and booking. We were told we could pay in real life, however when we got there we were told we could only pay online Also, the girl that served us seemed uninterested and was not empathetic towards our situation.

Need to coordinate casual bookers with other court bookers. No one likes to be pushed around like a football. Staff name: lyndall

Really easy to make bookings over the phone. Manager is really helpful and friendly. They handled the corona virus situation pretty well with regulations of the 10 people a booking and at least 2 staff constantly sanitizing the facility.

Great futsal league. They don't split divisions, so you're in a league of 22 teams. Extremely competitive, and you're bound to lose some games because you're playing against teams that's on a different level from you. But it allows everyone to become friends and improve together.

Court is really squeaky!

Facilities are great but the staff (Wendy *cough* *cough*) have been unpleasant to interact with for literally years.

The casual shooting is $5.40 for as long as you want. Make sure you go early, because from 4PM casual shooting will close as a league
Happens there.

Facilities are of a high standard, fit with a snack bar, bathrooms and various safety and medical apparatus. (E.g defibrillator, first aid kit etc.) There are 4 courts and private court hire is available. (See website for further details). Various other recreational programs are available as well. Overall, an excellent facility for a variety of sports.

If u want spectors to support the sport you need more seating so your officials do not wing to the supporters
