I think this is the best bike shop in the Richmond area. Friendly, knowledgeable and was able to help me with my rear internal shifter realignment after a terrible experience with an emergency flat at Trek Richmond. Will absolutely come here again, these guys are the real deal!

They are second to none the best especially with e bikes I called all over everywhere I had 2 tubes replaced and a rear tyre plus they sorted a electric issue for $75

Not a great experience. It took 7 days for a standard service. When I got it home I noticed a 40 mm scratch in the frame through to the steel. Their response was that they didn't notice it so it's not their responsibility. Took the bike for ride and noticed the gears are skipping and the front brake still squeaky. This is a $7k bike and the post sale care is poor

I just need to say the team at Spokes are first class at their profession. They are truly enthusiasts and their knowledge and customer focussed approach ensures their work and advice is first class. The work they did on my Nuvinci interface remove and refit a new kit on my Gazelle CX ebike was a job very well done

Another fantastic experience having my Nihola electric cargo trike serviced here. The bike is a bit of a contraption and strikes fear into the eyes of some bike technicians haha but not these guys. They are helpful, friendly and quick. Being able to book online is really convenient but they are also flexible. First time I came here I braced myself for the bill but they are incredibly reasonably priced and the work is great. Thanks crew - we will be back.
