Splashdown Leisure Centre

Went to see if they had some slip on shoes that are safe and comfortable for me but they didn't have what I was looking for so I walked out empty-handed.

I go here 3-4 times a week. A very well equipped gym, 2 pools and excellent, helpful staff. Best on the Bellarine.

Grouse pool. All you need.warm clean water and enough toilets and change rooms for everyone. Kid loves the play area

Great place to swim or gym. It's got a small water park perfect for toddlers and children. There is also a bigger slide for older kids and adults. The place is very clean and tidy but it's a shame there isn't a cafe anymore

Splashdown staff are always friendly.always a great atmosphere, clean and water is always warmer.which I appreciate.

Really helpful and friendly staff. The big pool has a shallow walk in entry which is awesome for little kids. My 3 year old loved the little splash park slide area. They have ice creams and drinks but be warned they are quite pricey.

Awesome venue for my sons 6th birthday. Post COVID the rules were different and hosting the party was managed by me but we got there. "Best day ever". That's all I can ask. Thankyou for the opportunity Splashdown

I take my granddaughter to swimming lessons here, they are very good and she's doing very well

The sauna facility has recently been renovated; looks amazing!

Always have a great experience here, the gym has everything I need and isn't crowded. The pool can be busy at times but patrons are very courteous. Spa and sauna get good use. Swim lessons are available from babies to adults too.

I enjoy this facility.
I have kids with alternative needs and bringing them here suits us.
The water slide gives them so much enjoy its inclusive because they would not be able to carry an inflatable donut up stairs to be included in fun activities. The splash pad is enjoyable for kids 12 and under and your pretty much able to be in one spot to watch your kids.
I have found most pool attendants do a great job at making sure kids are supervised age accordingly.

I frequent Splashdown for the gym, swim lessons and creche.
The staff are all amazing: friendly and skilled. The stand out though is the creche, the staff in there are fantastic, my children always have the best time and look forward to going.

Took 3 months to get a refund after the charged me on a cancelled membership. Poor effort for a council run service

Love this place. The staff are lovely and the swim instructors are great. Kate deserves a special shout out for being a toddler swimming miracle worker.

Nice place for all family. We have enjoyed our time there. Highly recommendable and I would try to go there again

My initial impression was this is a great place during school holidays to bring kids to have some water play but I quickly came to know about the reality.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional here. I read the reviews and many people have said that.

I was carrying my lap top while buying entry ticket but they said that I cant work while monitoring my child after I paid. They saw I was carrying my laptop open and still they took the money before letting me know. I told the person on counter I have paid now so what do you want me to do? He said ok lifeguard will tell you? !

I later saw a lady not monitoring her child and reading a book. She was not told off.

I am ok to not enter with laptop if you are returning my money or letting me know before hand.

Not going again.

Due to covid unable to use pass. Only 2 hours allowed. Make sure you que up prior as sesssions are 6-9.9-11.11-13.13-15.15-17. Cost $8 per session and you cannot stay after your session Que again another $8. Old passes or concessions not valid. Why? They make more than they did

Great afternoon out with the family and friends - friendly staff, lot's of lifeguards and play area for all ages.
Really well priced as well.

I love this swiming center because of the staff, the prices are great being a Comunity based center.and the swimming pools water and center is walm so great for people with bad backs etc or sensitive to the cold. Has water slides and other activities for children too.

Price can be lower as it is owned by the GOCC! Swim teachers are good. A alright to good place.
