From the minute i walked in to the Scoresby office i was greeted by a staff member to assist me with my inquiry then i was put on to Craig which was happy to run me through some of the machines i ended up buying a 10-120H the process run really smooth Craig even delivered it to my house which was fantastic the whole experience was 10/10 highly recommend

I've had my Spitwater 10-120h for 5 years now, it's been faultless. So I decided to have it serviced to keep it going for another 5 years and contacted Spitwater, they sent out technician Craig, he was professional, polite and knows his stuff, he checked and tested all components and only replaced a couple of worn parts which he showed me why they needed to be attended to as the working pressure had dropped to 1650psi. He got my workhorse running at full pressure again 1800psi. Did the service in an hour and a half. And gave me great advice on keeping my machine in top shape. Thanks Craig, see ya next service!

Worst customer service ever! Staff absolutely useless and arrogant!

Bought an industrial machine based on their recommendation, only to breakdown 5 months later. Now up to us to deliver to factory at our cost or pay for onsite repair. Check the warranty conditions before you buy!
