I absolutely adore the gift of time spent with Catherine. The reiki and sound healing session is one of the most immersive experiences you could ask for. Catherine is so present, caring, engaging, and dedicated in her approach to guiding you towards how you would like to feel. I couldn't speak more highly of her and her offerings. I had a long Reiki session with Catherine who is an angel on earth. She is intuitive, gentle, supportive and extremely patient. What I love about Catherine is she just knows. She has a deep understanding and empathy with the world and its people.

Catherine is that voice of reason and that vote of confidence that we sometimes need in order to make the decisions we know are good for ourselves. When I doubt myself, she gives me the confidence to proceed and always reminds me to connect with myself to access my innate wisdom.

I highly recommend treating yourself to an immersive 2 hour coaching and reiki session with Catherine at Spiritual Nutrition. Catherine's approach is wholistic, she uses sound healing which just resonates throughout your body, essential oils, flower essences and reiki that leave you feeling so peaceful and tranquil. I've been buying Spiritual Nutrition treats for years and absolutely love them. Hands down they are the best protein treats I have tried, and I've tried a lot!
