This is the best ISP I've used. The speed is unbeatable, the un-capped data is how every service should be and the technical support is really good and seems to be on-shore. My friends are jealous when I mention the performance and cost of the service.

Unbelievable internet speeds from these guys for such a low price with no contract.

Their service department are wonderful and make sure that everything is working perfectly whenever you have had a problem, which had only been once in two years.

I called to support team today, they are completely unhelpful and useless. Unfortunately, Spirit is the only internet provider in my building and I cannot change it.

Disconnected my internet service with no warning. Our business was disconnected permanently while I arranged service with another carrier.

I discovered later that they had already planned to disconnect my service without duly notifying me. (The actual disconnection was one month early by their wholesaler)

Made no attempt to manage my account, I had to constantly contact them to get an agreement on termination of service, and to consider a refund.

Grudgingly agreed to refund one month of service. I had to pester them for months to receive a refund. The refund invoice contained new charges.

The next invoice was a sea of mystical charges, not adding up to the refund I requested.

Avoid like the plague. There are plenty of businesses out there that are more organised and capable of providing real customer service.

Internet sounds too good to be true, however these are truly the fastest speeds I have encountered personally anywhere around the world. Only took a week to set up from when we first enquired and have had no issues.

I used the online live chat service to sign up and book my connection appointment. James the customer service agent was fantastic! He guided me through the appointment booking service and waited online until I had finished all the documentation. Thank you James!

Just started using Spirit and their team are lovely and helped us get our new office up and running pain free. Any issues have been resolved super quickly and easily. 100 % would recommend.

Amazing, prompt service. The online chat centre is very helpful and are quick to assist with your query. Been using them for 4 years in the apartment I live in and never had a bad day.

The internet speed and reliability are fine, but on multiple occasions I have had issues (that were my own fault) fixed in a matter of minuets after office hours. If customer service is high on your list of priorities, then these guys are the isp for you. Fast, helpful, responsive, and polite.

Amazing ISP. Always reliable, fast and stable. Customer Service is top notch and will always provide prompt updates of any issue that arise (which is very rare).

Would recommend Spirit to anyone and everyone!

Constant drop outs. 4+ times a week, usually for about 30mins. They do not post this on their service disruptions to cover up their terrible quality. Unusable if you rely on internet for work etc. Time tovswitch to nbn

Customer support were responsive and sincerely interested in solving the problem. Regretfully, I wish Spirit was more aware of outages rather than customer having to report them. It would great to know when I have such an issue and to know how long it will take to resolve. I lost over 12 hours of productivity not having this information. Thank you.

Been using Spirit for few years for both Internet & Phones. They have been great to deal with all the time. Great customer services, specially Erika, dealt with her twice, her support is excellent & very responsive. Great job guys:)

Been with them for 3+ years now I've never had any problems with them, they are so underrated, service is great customer service is an actual person who knows what they're talking about and if they don't they transfer you to someone who does and that person instructs you what do do, I never have long cut off periods unless it's coming from my router which is outdated I've been with telstra, dodo and optus and this one has been the less hassle and problematic. Thank you spirit

We called Juliet at Spirit Customer Care because of a residential wifi failure. She walked us through the possible issues and this enabled us to fix the problem within a few minutes. She was very responsive and knowledgeable and we have have no hesitation is commending her and the Customer Care team.

I have been using the services Of Spirit for both my business and home for over 2 years. I am pleased to record that it has been a pleasure to be connected with this company. Service faults have very rare and in most cases the company has been proactive is trouble shooting efficiently.i feel that when needed I can reach real people who know my case very well and respond without delay. Well done guys!

Don't bother to go with Spirit. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. All they want is customer to sign up and then service is not their problem. I would not recommend them at all. Even 1 star is very high for them. STAY AWAY FROM SPIRIT.

Great price and download speed. When very infrequent outages occur they are fixed quickly. Exceptional telephone support.
