I personally haven't visited the studio's HQ in Melbourne, but I feel that the Spin City Dance ethos, vibe and culture isn't confided by the four walls of their studio. Every member of the school exudes such a positive energy and you can't help but feel happy being around them. Everyone is so inviting, even if you have just met them! Their director, Sharon Pakir has a wealth of knowledge to share. I have been lucky enough to learn from her at workshops as well as having her in my city to teach a cha cha choreography. Her passion and love of dance is contagious. Spending time with her only makes you want to be a better dancer and person. Sharon is also a fabulous coach and is so good at understanding your wants/needs as a dancer. I have met so many wonderful, talented, enthusiastic people from Spin City Dance and I want to be part of such a beautiful atmosphere!

If you are in Melbourne and serious about street latin dance then this is the best place to be! Irrespective of what type of dancer you are i.e whether you are just a social dancer and/ or a performer, this is the dance school that can take your dancing to the next level. Three years back, I moved to Melb from India and my instructor in India had recommended me to check out this school! Yes, Spincity is known internationally for the quality of dancers it produces. I landed in Melb and joined it on my second day itself. I have never looked back since!
