Spicy flames

Rice and curry used to be good. But now food is very poor. Only chicken pieces with bones, kale and dhal curry we got for rice and curry. Even on prior week on weekend rice and curry had bad menu such as mushroom curry, dhal, bean curry. Management needs to work on improving menus and food standards

I have come to the place several times, I always have a beautiful experience with the attention of the girls, apart from the fact that I love the buffet, clean and with variety to choose from, and ordered online by Uber or dordash and the food is very good, On this occation I must say that I loved this caramel candy that I don't know what it's called because it is very difficult for me to pronounce the dishes on the menu since I don't know the language, I congratulate them and I will continue to taste their food and attention.

Quality has gone down drastically from what it used to be. Pretty disappointing when I opened the take away box to find to, I don't know what this is? No need to ask about the taste.

Suggestions:
If there was less food being topped up more often, customers would have better quality being served. For example, if chicken curry gets replenished every 4 hours even in quiet times, it means the fresh chicken isn't being served for good 3 hours or 75% of the customers. Also, 4 different rice dishes might be an overkill.
Air-con was barely functional.

I went to this shop. I Ordered fried rice with devil chicken. I asked the man in charge, if I could have a fried egg. He refused to give me it. I went with my son and he really wanted the egg. The egg carton is only $3. But he still refused to give me the egg for my son. Hopeless service, they are not thinking about the customer only about the money. They have hopeless customer service.

I had a lunch today. Food is not tasty and not worth for $18. Too much Solty for couple of curries. Not recommended $18 buffet to anyone.

The girl at the reception refused to give me a takeaway home container and had to throw away half of my food. Such a waste of my money and time. Extremely disappointed! Terrible experience and customer service! Never going back

The food was usually not bad old days.
Though, I had a string hopper kottu and it was terrible. Rather than a kottu, it was a box of lumps of string hoppers, with almost no vegetables or eggs. Hasn't been mixed. Definitely not worth for 17.50$.

Another one of my favorite hangout places.good food and coffee and a chilled. My favorite is their chicken and Seafood Yum! The staff has been friendly to me and if there was something not good with what I've ordered they made sure to change it and make it right.pretty good.

Great. We have been here for two times for our dinners. Both of those times we got two different experiences. It was a great time for us to celebrate our things. More spacious. Quality food with authentic taste. Love this place

Food quality had dropped significantly. Tasteless and they stay on warm for long. I won't waste money here again.

Good food and very good service. Excellent staff, The seafood dishes were really tasty. Not very crowded during lunch. They have a wide selection on the menu

Had lunch with my friend and the place atmosphere is amazing. Pizza also have another level of taste. Food came quickly and service staff was friendly.

Food was great and it was of great quantity along with quantity. Alot of spicy sri lankan food which is very tasteful. Price is economical as well, value for money.

Looks amazing, but tasteless, and too much oily and spicy. If you eat you get stomach pain and the whole system gets dry, you will have to drink water all day after eat this.

I ordered 4 chicken biriyani this afternoon. The worst biriyani ever had. Please don't serve this kind of biriyani again. Definitely need to improve this. First time I came to spicy flame dandenong. My first impression got blasted. Rice is dry. Chicken is roasted but no flavour. Taste like frozen roast chicken defrosted. Massive portions. But how can we eat this.very sad.
