Spice Fusion Exotic Spice Blends & Dukkah

I made the Spicy Ethiopian Fish Curry from Judy's Recipes using the Ethiopian Berbere.used chopped Red Chilli's instead of the Green

The Chimichurri is excellent, I used to make mine fresh which meant a lot of effort for a similar result. Highly recommend, it's easy to use and a great flavour.
Purchased the Turkish Baharat today and used it on lamb steaks, simply amazing. Great herbs and spices, I would highly recommend.

Thanks for the lovely chat about garam masala. We cooked chicken machboos today. It was delicious. I'd love to post a pic! Thanks once again. Can't wait to try the other spice blends.

A great range of spice blends that all taste really good and are actually full of spices rather than rice flour. My top favourites are Indonesian Curry, Texan BBQ rub and Jamaican jerk rub.

Judy is a constant source of advice and suggestions on how to use and mix her products. The family favourite Zanzibar has a challenger as we make our way through the blends. Maybe just a touch less salt? Edit: voice to text is great until it picks up sentences you didn't wany it to. There is no salt in our favourite blends, which is just one of many reasons we love them! Apologies for the confusion.

My mum loved the surprise gift of spice blends and the card which accompanied them.
Her favorite so far is the Mulligatawny Soup made with chicken.
She loves the functionality of the recipe section of your website. Is making it so easy for her to match protein with her blends.
It has been much more than a gift, a total experience.

These are fantastically easy little jars to take your so -so meal to another delicious dimension.
My favourites? To spice up a so so piece of meat the Afghan rub, or turn it into a curry with the Moroccan blend. And I absolutely love adding some of the 6 spice dukkah to breadcrumbs for a delicious crumbed fish.

Soooo Good! Bought the Madras Curry Blend and then made the Madras Chicken, Coconut & Banana Curry recipe that came with it, and it was amazing! So easy, and so yummy! Feel sorry for the local Indian restaurant, as I’ll be making my own from now on.

I highly recommend Spice Fusion. Judy makes fantastic spice mixes and dukkahs, she is great to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. She even customised her Mexican spice mix to be onion & garlic free!

I can't get enough of Spice Fusion! All of the spices I've tried so far are absolutely delicious, and are perfect additions for my cooking. Usually I buy the spices at the Seaford Farmers Market. I'm really glad that they're being sold online so I don't run out!

I have been using Judy's spices and spice blends for years. They are so far above anything you could buy at the supermarket. Her house must smell amazing. The smoked paprika, Madras curry, Indonesian curry and Moroccan Ras El Hanout are some if our favourites. I love the way they are in glass jars and Judy will provide refills in paper bags so no plastic, no waste

Lovely spices and friendly service, highly recommend the chimichurri Cute little reusable jars… with refills available to save on waste. The recipes for your chosen spices are a nice little bonus too. This stall is the highlight of my market visits.

I purchased the Texan BBQ Rub at the market and that night I slow cooked a brisket with an even covering of rub. The whole family loved it and it's now a regular family favorite. I look forward to trying the other BBQ rubs out. 5 Stars
