I ordered seafood noodles and all I got was fish cake and imitation crab meat…both are primarily flour and filler. Why be so stingy?

To give this place a 1 Star rating is too much.

Service from the Red haired girl with glasses was rude as she seemed frustrated with attending customers.

The food ordered was tasteless and unedible, char kway teow with Beef and Chicken broth.
What did I get? A bowl full of tasteless flat white noodles and just a few pieces of beef and veggies.
I took that disgusting thing back and told them what to do with it.

This used to be a great place to buy food back in its early days, now, however now I wouldn't call it food.

Definitely a No Go To Place in my Reviews.

This used to be the best noodle shop in town! Not sure what happened. Orderd rice vermicelli noodles with tofu and vegetables in chilli sauce, got flat rice noodles as they didn't have the other, one piece of tofu and one piece of broccoli in sweet soy sauce no chilli, very disappointing!

Terrible customer service from the young girl with glasses and color hair tail. Been very rude I think she should not be that grumpy in early morning if she doesnt want to serve customer.

I always come here when at the Highpoint food court. Crispy chow mein with black pepper beef is the best! Food is always fresh and servings are generous. Definitely will be back again.

I liked that you could make your choice of type of noodles / rice, meat, and sauce. Nice, easy, quick and tasty! I got the regular box (which I liked the idea of having a more sustainable option too) and it was a decent size too. Good option for a quick and easy meal at a food court - I believe that with a drink I paid $18!

I absolutely love this place. I love that it’s a family owned business that provides many vegetarian options. The customer service is always so friendly and the food is super yummy.

The staff taking the order was very bad.especially the girl with glasses and dyed hair. I ordered the food and when I paid, the way she changed the money was like throwing it at me.then I waited to get my food It's been a long time because the ordered number was wrong so no one gave it to me. When she found out that she gave me my food and I asked for a carry bag. And again her attitude was like throwing a bag in my face. Not an apology for the confusion but also acting like that.
I don't know if you are the owner of the shop, but with that attitude, ma'am, I will never buy from your shop again. If you are an employee, please relearn how to treat customers. Or else you will do damage to your employer with such a working attitude like that.
Disappointed

The food is absolutely delicious but for how much you pay and it’s only half full is ridiculous and a rip off!

The food is trash, and over priced. Flavour-less in my opinion.

Really felt like I waisted a good chance to have a nice dinner.

Arrived 20 mins prior to closing time and they refused to serve us. Completely unacceptable and very refused to provide me with managers name to file complaint. Very rude.

Chef making food was sweating and had his face over the pot when making my food. I asked for a refund but they refused.

I love the layout of this place. However this Hokkien noodles with beef and oyster chilli sauce is so salty.
It was not tasty.
Might give another chance in the future.

Tasty food but got that cheap feeling of adding enough chicken or prawns, they would add only 3-4 prawns in your plate, if you ask for an empty plate they would charge a 1$ which makes you wonder why are being very cheap!

I have been ordering from this establishment for over ten years and can honestly say the noodles always come out consistent! The flavours and the portions are great! I cannot find these flavours anywhere else! Highly reccomend!

Pretty nice stir-fry place. You can make your own choice of noodle type, meat/veg, sauces and they cook it up for you to order quickly, so you know it's always fresh.

Best noodle joint out there I have been there several times and they have always been great. I would definitely recommend and come back.
