Spendless Shoes

The lady who was working late shift between 8-10pm 22nd Dec 2021 at fountain gate was disgustingly rude and has no customer service skills. She threw shoes at me, snatched them out of my hand and even bumped into another customer without acknowledging them or saying sorry. Really appalling behaviour, she needs an attitude check.

I always go to this shop for my kids shoes and everytime i found staff good and helpful. But today when i went to buy shoes the staff who was there was really rude. She doesn't know anything about customer service. Will never go to this place again just because of that staff.

Good shoes but staff hopeless. Took over an hour to buy 3 pairs of shoes and it wasn’t even that busy.

Average quality shoes at hard to believe prices. They are good enough if used regularly with care. But in the feet of school goers they only lasted just over a year. Well for the price we paid it was worth the value. No complaints with products. Staff here is helpful, tolerate and understands kids are naughty.

I was eyeing off a pair of shoes for $49.99. The lady working was very polite and gave me a discount making them come down to $40! Absolutely made my day. I’ve previously bought a few pairs of shoes from here; all of which are good quality! Totally recommend here:)

Today evening I visited there with my kid to buy some school shoes around 17.00.today morning I saw the exactly same pair of shoes at spendless shoes at Dandenong Plaza.they were under reduced price 30$. When I went in the evening fountain gate spend less shoes and the same shoes displayed under reduced price.then I asked the price from the lady and she was extremely rude and said that they are full price which is 60$ although they were under the label of reduced price. I said what I saw in the morning and her reply was it’s impossible.so just got the worst customer experience from that old grumpy lady.
Advice - whenever you go there if you see that old lady just don’t go.other people working there are way better.

So my friend and I recently went in there looking for formal shoes and the two ladies working at the time Bekah and Elly were absolutely amazing they made our entire day. They helped us find shoes that matched our dress, they were genuinely interested in our dresses, they helped us style the shoes and had us tips to help our foot so they don’t hurt at the end of they night. These two were so so so sweet. These two were amazing and made a day, a huge thank you to Bekah and Elly ️
