Spencer Outlet Centre reviews
59Entire shopping centre was without any ventilation or cooling today. Not sure how tenants accepted conditions as was unbearable to do any shopping. Feel sorry for staff.
Fantastic shopping spot! Tons of diverse stores, making it super convenient to shop whatever you need.
They barricaded the bag lockers and noone was contactable. Entrance and lifts were all inaccessible so couldn't find any mall personnel. DO NOT OFFER 24H BAG LOCKER SERVICE IF YOU ARE GONNA LOCK THE AREA AT 6pm.
Good covid safe practices, good number of shops still trading with some post lockdown closures. Soul Origin's coffee is better than Starbucks. Massage place up near Chemist Warehouse is?
Great Place to Visit! You will find everything and More! Well Designed as well! Good Quality Merchandise at very Competitive Prices!
Some unbelievable bargains here. The price difference for example say a pair of Nikes I pay $240 from foot locker I could very possibly buy here for $140. This also applies to the likes of Adidas, Asics, New Balance, and much more. Definitely worth having a look here before you go elsewhere.
Decent range of stores. Better integration between upstairs and the Coles area downstairs (without having to interact with a massive carpark driveway) would make it much more pleasant.
Has all the shopping stuffs out there, if you looking for varieties of shoes you better go for other place to hunt, less outlets for shoesy ppl. Cheers
Some great stores, many with regular prices still (not outlet prices). Several stores vacant. Good food court.
A great place with so many places to shop and heaps of places to sit down and eat or just to grab a coffee and relax. Didn't have time to check out every place, but went to quite a few. It was located straight across the road from where I was staying. Will be going there again, the next time I'm in Melbourne.
Shame how this place has changed for worse. Lots of shops closed down. Shops that are there, are same as those in outer shopping centers, at same prices. So not necessarily you will find bargains. Better going to DFO ESSEDON OR MORRABBIN. But even better, if in city go to South Warfe DFO.
Clean, great feel, only one or 2 shops closed and you can get a pretty decent bargain if you look around. Recommend. And being so close to Southern Cross station is good too.
I am disappointed to give this outlet one star, however it is extremely disappointing that during late night trading hours they are not open. I traveled specifically to go there to find it to be closed. I highly recommend reviewing trading hours and incorporate late night trading hours as most places do Thursday and Friday nights.
Only went to Harris Scarfe, on targeted mission. Got exactly what I wanted at a competitive price but their menswear was somewhat limited compared to visit 12 months ago. Centre definitely worth a visit
Lovely lady from Center management ’Lisa’ was amazing with finding a solution for a customer. (me). Also promptly followed up by calling.
A lot of stores were closed. No Post Office. Sadly not enough variety. However the stores I went to had good customer service.
The outlet is great for shopping when you are waiting for the fight, many shops are there, such as: cotton on, nike, new balance, pharmacy cafe and small food court.there is close to bus station to Tullamarine airport which is just 30 mins, also had bus to Avalon airport about 45 minutes.
I love outlet centres and this one was no exception. Some great bargains on offer. Especially at bonds and just jeans. Really simple layout and plenty of variety. Good spot to pick up some bargains.
Something very underwhelming about this place. Just doesn't get me going. Not a good time for Retail at present and it certainly shows here.
Very ordinary customer service with a lot of the eateries and some of these places change hands a lot.

It is a shopping mall, which is located very near to SOUTHERN CROSS RAILWAY STATION. In this mall, at the door step one can have snacks and coffee shop. Light tiffins (breakfast items) are available here. In the TYPO shop one can have stationery items for kids. AFL shop is there where one can have sports materials. Crockory shops, number of branded items shops like sketcher, factory outlet, ready made dresses shops like cotton on, puarler shop, Chemist ware house, and so on. Tram stop is also available near by.
