Poor delivery service and misleading sale.
Waited over 10 days for an urgent delivery
The seller was well aware of the urgency for delivery and led me to believe the product would be delivered in a few days
Seriously not impressed as business was impacted.

A bad experience that cost me over $500 due to Speed Queen Equipment Sales error. I ordered parts for a washer repair and while the parts were in transit our client cancelled the job.
The box of parts arrived, we stuck a label on it straight away and sent it back without opening the box.
Speed Queen claimed we didn't send everything back and refused to credit a $528 sprocket.
We sent back exactly what they sent us - we didn't open the box!
We are paying for their mistake. I asked the spare parts guy if they could check their stock and they would see they had an extra sprocket but he told me "our computer system is stuffed, has been for years, we don't really know what we've got. " They accused me of lying, said I'd kept the parts and just kept saying we didn't send everything back.
That's what we get for dealing with incompetent and unprofessional suppliers. I recommend you avoid this business. There are Speed Queen distributors in other states if you need parts.
