Speed Laundrette - Cashless Laundry

Great customer service. I was overcharged twice on my card and contacted customer service.
They explained everything to me;
a) When I would get my refund
b) Why it happened
They apologised for the inconveniences. Have been using there services for many months now. Always satisfied with the end result and the way they dealt with the issues.

Fully scam, put $3.5 for 25mins. Sound good, right? Not even dry my clothes even in high temp and Im not over load at all. Then I put another $1.8 but came out cold af, the machine not hot at all. What a watse of time. This is not my first time so I decided to leave this review.

One of the best laundromats in the area! Machines are new and overall very cheap for how good they are.super clean as well, i come in about once a week and it’s always spotless! Definitely recommend this place if you’re nearby

This place is a scam. 3 machines faulted. The owner has acknowledged this yet refuses to refund our money. He is saying his bank has requested our bank statements not sure why as they already have our credit card details, all other establishments refund to the credit card used. The owner refuses to give his bank account details. I find this strange when he wants our bank statements. At time of posting we are in discussions with the financial ombudsman and our bank. We will keep you all posted as to the outcome

Easy clean and actually separate pet machines so my germ phobia mind is a bit more at ease knowing people do only wash pet things in those allocated machines and not one I would use for personal clothes and linen. Also cost is very very affordable.
And cashless, so so sooooo good not having to find change for the machines.
Its been 15 years since I have had to use a laundry mat and this one is one of the best I have seen. Nearly better than my share laundry in my other apartment in the cbd and definitely exceeded the cleanliness. Would recommend.

Driers kept taking money from my account and not adding on additional time. The place consistently smells of mould and garbage. Used to be great and clean and enjoyed it there. When I called the contact number all I was given was excuses and “not their fault”. Quite the shame

Accepts only card (which is better)
Can go to Coles & other nearby shops during the wash time

God damn, compared to other places this place is like luxury. Their systems use a credit card system which is great, especially during this time.
24/7 service great and is attended to almost immediately.
Machines are usually quite clean. No hassles. Happy customer.

I travel am unreasonable distance to do my laundry here, because it really is that good of a a laundromat.

Upgraded with new machines sometime ago (plenty of the them with different sizes). Always find a machine without any waiting.

Cashless, has large machines medium and small, clean space with plugs if u need to wait in there.

This laundromat used to have clean machines and the premises where always clean, now o find it is always dirty inside, machines smell and on a recent visit found mould in the seals. Such a shame as this laundromat is local for me.

I starting coming to your laundromat because it was clean I didn’t mind paying extra as I felt the place was well looked after but in the last 6 months your facility is extremely un inviting rubbish everywhere under the chairs on the washing machines benches etc
Spider webs as well as LIVE SPIDERS hanging and walking along the building and walls there was one that started crawling down the front door as I was walking in u guys charge enough I’m sure $150 to call a pest control company to come out and spray the place won’t break the budget
If I wanted to be surrounded by rubbish and spiders while I do my drying I’d go to a place closer to home that way cheaper let’s hope u decided to do something about that soon

I was a bit disapointed. The place is nice and clean. Easy Accessible. However the washing was not great. Paid $14.99 to wash and then $4.99 to dry. Items were still wet and not clean.

$14 for large wash and is great for King size bed topper and doors wash. Open during coved and clean too.

Clothes were still moist and damp after 25 minutes in the dryer. Better value at the coin laundromats.

Reasonable price and very good machine. Especially the dryers are much better than other places I have been.

Really good 24/7 customer service, prices and machines. One of the best I’ve been to. Really do recommend this place.

Clean modern machines, easy card payment instead of fussing around with coins and tokens. Shopping centre nearby, so extremely convenient too. Will hold off on buying a washing machine for now. Hope it continues to offer the same level of service!
