7Kicked out by senior staff for no reason. After spending hundreds of dollars over the last few months and socialising with friends who witnessed the stupidity of security staff and customer service. No warning or return invitation. No wins and machines were turned off for myself, while others played thousands at their leisure. Harassing behaviour not recommended.
Probably my favourite place. 99% of the staff are wonderful. Especially bar staff. Some of the Security could do with some training in customer service and there attitudes. But most are good.
Great rewards program.

Love to have a little spin on the pokies & I love a good game of pool! Yes they have pool table.lift for wheelchair access as the entrance is a very high climb up the stairs
