Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - The Glen

This is our favorite Specsavers store. All our families’s glasses were ordered there. Today we especially want to thank Shanya, she gave her best to help my daughter to pick perfect pair of sunglasses which suits her. And she was really attentive and caring to customers. Thank you, you made our day.

The team is always friendly and helpful! A wonderful staff member assisted me with some spare contact lenses when I was in a bit of a dilemma! Thank you!

Excellent customer service n repairs. I was provided with clear plans n cost and well fitted glasses. Option with respect to frames are plenty. Staff @the glen were patient n helpful while ordering and collection.
Warranty n servicing periods were explained.

Professional, efficient, informative and organised. My experience again with Specsavers in the Glen was faultless this year.

Usually this shop is amazing customer service but one of Irish like accent guy seemed stressful from the beginning. When I said “I have an appointment at 10: 30”, he said “ No! Your appointment is at 10: 25 and you are 10 mins late! ” with stressful face. That was uncomfortable.

The rest of the staff are always polite and perfect customer service! I want to give them 5 stars.

Must give thumbs up for this spec savers. Very efficiently managed. There’s a store manager always on a lookout for customers looking for service or have a question. Bookings are on time and service is quick but detailed. Don’t feel that they are trying to get rid of you. Definitely one of the better spec savers to go to. Way to go!

Eye check was done and new frames selected with little fuss. New glasses look good and delivered speedily.

One of the best customer service experience I've had when going for my annual eye test. The team at Specsavers in The Glen Shopping Centre were all very welcoming, especially Fiona, who provided a very thorough eye test and an informative discussion over the results. When it came to choosing frames, Vanary couldn't have been more helpful with her genuine opinions and assistance in recommending the ideal frames for my look. I would highly recommend coming here for your next eye test!

Big thanks to the beautiful staff at Specsavers. My eyes haven't been the best for a while but I've been putting off getting glasses for the longest time. Daivik the optometrist was super friendly and eased my nerves, explaining everything thoroughly. More importantly Ricky helped me pick out a cute pair that I might actually wear hehe. Will definitely be back, thank you so much guys!

Recently I had my eyes tested and a new pair of glasses purchased. I have been attending the Glen Waverley store for many years and must say the staff there are always amazing, customer friendly and responsive. No questions or issues are too difficult for them and they are always happy to provide service. Keep up the good work!

My experience at Specsavers - The Glen has been amazing. Sash looked after me extremely well and was attentive to what my needs were. I was wanting to get my vision checked as it's been a while since I've done that and was also inquiring about particular type of sunglasses. Sash immediately got me in a slot on the same day to get my vision checked and showed me the different range of sunglasses available. I was curious to know what the key differences were with the protection available for the wide spectrum that he had in his shop.

He was polite enough to spend 30 minutes of his time. Ultimately I ended up purchasing sunglasses from him, and would highly recommend it. Sash has been extremely professional and caring through out the whole experience.

Just had my eye and ear tests at Specsavers at The Glen. The customer service from the whole team was fantastic, especially Gloria who did an excellent Job in helping me chose my frames

This is first time i did eye test and got glasses. But it was not right for me and i returned it.but i didnt get replace.

I recently lost my glasses called these wonderful people arranged a replacement pair in just over a week, this is why I keep going back to Spec Savers and particularly The Glen store the staff are always accommodating friendly and always go that extra mile to help you, fantastic service above & beyond expectation thankyou

The order (a pair of glasses) has not been delivered to the store after two weeks of wait!
I need the glasses but specsaver seems not caring and putting customers in holding pattern and do not help them!

It seems that specsavers is not able to deliver the service that was expected.it is so ridiculus to wait for a pair of glasses for more than two weeks. The staff also do not know what can do to help customers!

This is not the first bad experience with specsavers but hopefully would be the last experience. I hope they are not blaming their low performance in COVID isolations and other excuses which are common these days.

The feedback has been provided to Specsavers directly as well, and followed up this week again on glasses but no conculsion.
No one contacted to resolve the issue or deliver the glasses, th glasses are not ready yet! It is getting close to 1 month of wait for 1 pair of glasses!

The Specsavers is in a very shambolic condition!

Helped by opometrist Sharon and Lulu. Both very helpful. Sharon did thorough check for me and answered all my question. Lulu was very patient with my order. Highly recommend this store and the staff.

Definitely easy and accessible as a store to look for when trying to find new glasses. The waiting time could be managed more efficiently, but I understand dealing with an influx of customers can be difficult at once. Otherwise, Specsavers have been a total savior in terms of dealing with the anxiety and great pains of finding glasses, and how polite and friendly they are to help with the entire process.
