I got my glasses about 18 months ago. First time glasses. Called them and told them I wasn't happy from the start. Was first told to persevere. I did then eventually went back. Emily came from Belmont and tried to help. Made my sun glasses to transition. There is something wrong with both glasses. I get headaches and there is no way my vision is right. Sun glasses feel worse. Thinking of going somewhere else, but not sure yet.

From the moment she introduced herself, Mik. N made me feel welcome and heard. I told her I was fussy and due to my prescription would be putting a lot of trust in her with assisting me to find the right frames. She rose to the challenge and assisted while i said no more often than not, all without making me feel like I was being annoying or taking too much time. Thankyou for being such a real and down to earth person, it made my day.

The optometrist was very helpful with sight check and managing allergies in my eyes which have been lingering for a long time.

I’ll never go anywhere else for my glasses. Always so helpful, professional and friendly. Vishnu went above and beyond for me. Very happy.

Had my eyes tested some weeks back, Optometrist Jess was great! She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. My glasses have been great as well, I'll be sure to ask for again next time.

I would like to thank the staff at Specsavers Waurn Ponds for their awesome service and care. I recently had a small accident and smashed my glasses. I ended up in hospital and found it very hard to function without my specs. My granddaughter brought them back to you and you replaced them while she waited free of charge, even the frames were the same as what I had before. So grateful to you and it really helped my my recovery. Thanks once again.

I'm a little jealous of all the positive reviews because my experience was far from it. I was warmly greeted for my audiologist appointment and was then told the audiologist had gone on leave. Another staff member told me she had tried to call me to notify me - but my phone showed nothing of the sort. The staff member also said she'd call me back to book another appointment. It's been a few days now and still haven't received the call.

Just collected my new glasses, ended up using my offer of 50% next pair. This was a very pleasant experience instore right from entering, thank you Maddison for your service and honest opinion on the glasses.
Waurn Ponds branch is well worth the drive there.

I went to Specsavers at Waurn Ponds and could not fault the customer service I received. As I got three new pairs of glasses I spent several hours in the store over a few days and every person I dealt with was polite, patient and helpful.
The store was very busy each time I went, but their attention to detail and help I received was exemplary.

Very happy with the service I received with my new glasses. All staff I dealt with were super helpful and accommodating of my needs. Vishnu was very professional and kind.

The customer service here is world class. It’s usually pretty chaotic in there but every time I go somebody always greets me and walks me through any processes (explaining where to sit, who’s going to be doing my eye test etc). Makes what could be a bit of an overwhelming experience into something efficient and calm.

I told the receptionist I was after contact lenses for the first time, but I was only in town for a couple of days. They told me to just get the test done and that I can do the learn/teach session and get the lenses at another store.
Turns out stores can’t use the results of other stores.
You lied to me, wasted my time and wasted my one free Medicare optical test. DO NOT GO HERE!

Tj was so kind and lovely. She was still in training but handled the challenges she faced with such confidence and was very lovely to me as the costumer. This is my second time going in and I’ve had a amazing experience every time

All the people I dealt with were professional and friendly, and they did a great job with a difficult prescription.
