I had great service even though they were short staffed. I was looked after in every stage of getting new glasses.

Went in with no notice during a busy time, was promptly seen to and had some debris removed from my eye today. All staff were so friendly and professional, very much appreciated.

A Fantastic experience for my wife and I yesterday at Specsavers we were greeted very politely by the girls (sorry I've forgotten your names), when we entered, then had our details checked. We were then straight in to begin the preliminary stages of our eye tests, this was done even before our appointment times. Then on to see the optometrists Jess and David whom performed our tests, then transferred us to Adam to help with our glasses selection. Which he accomplished in a very short period of time even with my big head. A great new facility with all the latest equipment. Everything is exceptionally clean, and constantly being sanitised. My wife and I highly recommend Specsavers Belmont Victoria.
