Very good customer service. Great optometrists to take care of eye issues and also a decent range of frames.

Everything is by appointment and the booking is just easy. Upon arrival, I only waited for few minutes before being called for exam. The entire process was smooth from examination up to choosing the frames/lenses. Staffs are friendly and approachable and felt welcome.

First time trying out contact lenses here, had an optical assistant by the name of Sukhjeet, attend to me. He was really patient, helpful & knowledgeable even though I initially took a while & had troubles fitting it on. Kudos to him!

Excellent service, very prompt in filling prescriptions. Staff are very helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Great pricing

We had a great experience here. The optometrists were very good, particularly with children. A massive shoutout to Kokum for her incredible patience, attention and knowledge in helping our family with the eye tests and frame selections. She went above and beyond for us, and that made a huge difference during our visit.

My visit at the Specsavers in Melton was a good experience. It was just a casual and unannounced visit that turned into professional and respectable treatment to me from the staffs. It was very amazing and helpful and Navneet helped until I found my glasses even when I had second thoughts very good.

Quick service. Excellent customer service. Kim was the optometrist. Explained everything very effectively. Navneet was the customer assistant help me with the frame.

Came into spec savers today, and immediately was looked after and the lady went to go fix my glasses

From Optometrist Jessica, the Dispenser Caitlyn to the collection with Stephanie each if then provided excellent customer service. The experience was stress free and very friendly.

Completely on time, even did my fitting slightly early for me. The optometrist was thorough, and all the staff were extremely polite. I did feel the person assisting me with frame selection was a little passive, didn't really offer any suggestions and only gave a vague opinion when I asked. She was pleasant and friendly, just not very helpful.

Very modern equipment to look after your eyesight properly. Lovely optometrist and front line staff. Seeing better than ever!

Very good service. The staff listen to your requirements and do not push the product to the extreme unlike some companies.

Different experience to earlier years, bifocals weren't fitted and measured using the inadequate. No phone call when my glasses were ready.

They have great customer service all willing to help if they don’t know they will ask another team member

I really like the way Specsavers keep you informed with time & date of your eye test & fitting of the glasses. I have had to have mine adjusted several times & they are very happy to help in getting the right fit. Very happy with Specsavers.

Awesome place to Test our Eyes and buy Glasses, Friendly Staffs, Patient and Kind service, Special Thanks to Mrs. Kiran, the Optical assistant and Doctor Hannah. This Place was big like an eye Clinic with all Facilities.

The service was great no issue with anything, BUT offering the customer a cleaning spray that do's not work is a shame. I have compared it to others from a friend who has been to another store of yours and HER cleaner works great on cleaning my glasses. Not only that but I could even smell a difference between hers and mine so when I am offered a ' Free ' bottle from my store I now don't take it.
