Can't wear glasses they have got the prescription wrong nò multi focal up close they give me headaches 2 for 1 offer still worries me as how I had to pay for 2 sets of glasses.

Diagnosised my husbands detached retina and the bleeding behind my eye. Also very happy with my glasses and selection of frames

I was extremely upset when I arrived five minutes late. The reason I was late was I was answering the phone about my dogs paralysis. The reception I got was that I was 7 minutes late and that the next customer was ready to take my place. Although I explained my situation I was given no empathy or indeed an appointment to return another day. It took me a month later to rebook an appointment. My next appointments were considerate and professional.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful experience and will recommend you to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Everything was outstanding from making the appointment through to picking up my glasses. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly making the process smooth and enjoyable

Such an easy transaction: they emailed me to remind me I was due for my yearly eye check, had the check and got my glasses a week later. So efficient!

Shruti, the Optometrist was great. She was patient whilst doing the testing & answered all of the questions I had.
All of the staff I encountered on my visits were extremely welcoming, friendly & never pressured me to make any decision I wasn't comfortable with.

I am always amazed with spec savers… I go them to get my specs and I always save… I suppose that’s why they are called Specsavers… The lady who served me was amazing… I went in trying to get a prescription for an old set of frames that I really like… She found me a brand-new one that was actually better for $199.

I am really really happy and I have just ordered a third pair… Simply because I’m happy and it’s Christmas ha ha!

Disgusting service! I and my family will never come to this store again. I suggest to go to Akers Eyewear in Wonthaggi. Beautiful compared to this.

My child had scratched their eye and the Dr suggested to go to an optometrist to get it checked as soon as possible (as they were fully booked).
So We decided to go here and see if someone could check it quickly (mind you, NO ONE ELSE was in the store except a few people who worked here). I asked the woman if she was able to quickly check it as I was concerned something was in it and my child was in pain. She flat out told me with a blank face "sorry we are busy but I can book you an appointment next week". Told her I'll go else where and walked out. My partner was in disbelief by what just happened.

We went to Akers Eyewear in Wonthaggi and asked them. They were AMAZING! Instantly said "yes of course" and they (even though they already had customers) checked it within minutes. He was great with my little one and said free of charge. Amazing compared to Specsavers

Friendly attentive service from front of shop staff, optometrist a bit too hasty while lens selection and fitting maybe should have been more attentive and knowledgeable.
Staff obviously told to onsell products so the the end price well above initial advertised cheaper prices.

Service was fine and end product likewise.
Just be aware that the advertised price, for example, “2 pairs $199” is well below the actual price of the completed spectacles once lens have been included. I think the advertising here is a bit dodgy!

A great eyewear place! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I came into their store in an emergency when I had an issue with my eye, felt like something was in my eye, and they took me in right away to test my eye in the eye testing room and were able to tell me what the real cause was, dry eye and were very helpful telling me what I would need in eye drops and the problem was solved. Another time, I went in to have my glasses adjusted and they did that promptly and adjusted the glasses really well. A great service and we are very glad Specsavers has come to Wonthaggi.
