Specsavers Optometrists - Brighton

Highly recommend the Brighton Specsavers. The staff are friendly and helpful, the glasses are great value.

But never been to Specsavers before and I was absolutely blown away given I have been using local optometrists and spending three times the money on the same thing. It wasn't just the value for money though. It was also the quality of service. The team at the Brighton Specsavers store a lovely.

I needed a certificate for Safe Transport Victoria pretty urgently. They were very helpful to fit me in. My existing vision was still good with very minimum change in vision with my existing glasses. While it would be good to change No pressure from sales to sell me a pair of glasses. All staff were so friendly and professional. Optometrist was very through. Will go back.

My recent experience at Brighton Specsavers was a warm, friendly and professional experience. The appointment was on time and I was well looked after throughout the time I was there.

I can't fault the service at Brighton SpecSavers. There is a lot of competition in the same street and aside from wanting a particular brand of frame they can't supply, I wouldn't go elsewhere locally.

Fitted for hearing aids Jan 2023. The professional advice and follow up from the Brighton Vic audiologist was excellent. We worked thru various options, excellent advice, excellent product, excellent service & great price. Stay clear of the cheap so called hearing aids on eBay etc. Local Brighton Resident

Update in 2023: I got to see LUCY for glasses this week and she was absolutely stellar! Thanks Lucy! I have worn reading glasses for over 10 year and have purchased glasses from at least 5 different SpecSavers stores so I have a bit of experience in this regard (comparing experiences). Last year it was their Malvern branch (Peter?) by phone; and it was also a brilliant service level. This year it was BRIGHTON - and Courtenay and her team were SUPERB (and in 2023 I got Lucy and she was awesome)! I did go in this time, versus ordering by phone after trying on glasses 'online' - as needed a vision test/eye assessment - and Brighton SpecSaver's service was absolutely stellar.

Courtenay was excellent at finding just the right prescription strength -and a wonderful communicator - literally everyone there was super friendly and helpful.

They also had a really good hand on using Covid-safety controls. Highly recommend the Brighton SpecSavers store especially if the same people are working there.

I also noticed that with pre-bookings required during lockdown times, it avoids time pressures and crowds, such as when there are a large influx of clients all at once, as can happen during non-covid times - I think pre-booking appointments should be the norm!

Overall, Brighton SpecSavers (Courtney and her team) went well above and beyond the norm and provided excellent customer service care - that's customer service excellence we rarely see in modern times, so thank you SpecSavers Brighton - for being so customer/client oriented and having such stellar service levels. Highly recommend SpecSavers for so many reasons!

Strong lenses for closer up as in applying make up. I really cant see why early cataracts that have not changed for 10vyears
Are a problem. I can see quite ok without glasses in car and shops etc. But ivwill get another check as its free. Bit tired
