I’ve always been a Specsavers customer. By far the Dandenong Plaza outlet gave me 100% customer satisfaction. Jayne the optometrist educated me about everything I had to know about my eyes and Rabia picked the best frames for me. She knew exactly what suited me.

Lucy and Damien were great to deal with on my most recent eye test and purchase of new glasses. Both were friendly and great to work with, and the new glasses are perfect. Can't recommend highly enough and looking forward to returning for my next eye test.

I would like to share my experience with Specsavers Optometrist to let ever know this store is a great one all the doctors care about your eyes all the staff providing to you a great support to make you feeling happy and your eyes between safe hands.

Rachael helped me find the right frames and took such care and did not rush me at all. I could not have asked for a more patient young lady.
The other staff members left me to try on frames on my own, I found it so difficult. Rachael asked if I needed help and I was so grateful she did. There needs to be more Rachael's at Specsavers.
