We rushed to book an eye test a few days ago becuase of a worring eye symptom. It was about 5pm then, if we went to eye and ear hospital, it could be hours of wait and it was quite far away. So I booked a 6pm appointment with Specsaver forest hill, the optomotrist Steven Bian is so experienced and knoweldgeable, he helped us check the back of the eye, and immediately identified the condition was visual migraine, he is also super nice and patient, he gave us great peace of mind after the eye test. We went back one day after for review and he also hepled us get a great deal of glasses too. I highly recommend Steven to care for your eye health.

Bought a pair of ear grips. They asked for $10. This is a ridiculous price. Normally such things cost less than $1 for a pair! Some shops give customer for free. Need them now, so I paid. 10 times more expensive?

Specsavers Forest Hill have fabulous staff. The owner Steve picked up a rare Neurological condition that could have sent me blind and assisted in getting my diagnosis and treatment, thus saving my eyesight. I continue to go to Forest Hill for my eye care needs. Aly is a very through Optometrist also.

Stanley was excellent today and an asset to the Forest Hill team. He’s exceptional with his customer service and I hope he’s well rewarded and looked after or I can see him being snapped up and offered a Management role somewhere. Legend!

Had to get a replacement pair of glasses and was served by Christina who was so lovely and helpful.worked through choosing frames with her help and was quick to assist with lens options, offer a few quotes and finalise my order. The whole team seemed bright and bubbly, it seemed Santa has been good to all at Specsavers Forest Hill!

They have the most wonderful team!
Due to some glitch in the online booking system, I got the appointment at 5: 30 pm (btw they close at 5: 00 pm).
Still, not only did they accommodate me, but Mr Gang gave me an excellent optometry service, educated me every step of the way, and then Christina and Dianne showed me around and waited patiently while I chose a pair of spectacles that suited my liking.
This did not go unnoticed.

I decided to get some new glasses cause my old ones were starting to become loose and Stanley very patiently helped me decide on a new frame. Very attentive to my wants and left me feeling satisfied with his professionalism.

They are professional, competent and very knowledgeable. I have been to other Specsavers branches and service is always good. At Forest Hill it is even better!

I was served by Stanley and Anitha who did my eye assessment, both of whom were very friendly and extremely professional. I’ve been to a few different optometrists throughout the years but I’ll be sticking to this one.

I usually go to oscar wyle in doncaster. Came here with my partner who had eyes tested at oscar wyle in doncaster.ask them if they could call and get the s.cript which is something oscar wyle in doncaster has done for me previously. But apparently it to hard for specsavers in foresthill to provide good service

Additioanl when my partner asked a question re a broken pair of glasses she spoke and treated him like his an idoit. A complete and utter disrespect for there customers.
