Specsavers Bentleigh is often crowded but they take the time to offer cheerful assistance. The included eye-scans add value to the service.

All the staff were friendly, helpful & patient with my many questions.will always go back there and when changes to my glasses have been required they explain all the options and benefits to be gained, a bonus is……… great value.

Disappointed.paid $950 from 2 pairs of glasses.the anti reflective coating applied broke down leaving many lines and crazing on the lenses leaving them fuzzy and unusable.i returned them in 2021 and after a week they informed me it was a manufacturing fault and would be replaced at no charge.the new glasses slowly developed these faults again and i returned them back to bentleigh a few months ago and was told yes.it is a manufacturing fault and no.we wont be replacing them.they offered 10 percent off new glasses and said not to have this coating applied again as it has reacted with the lenses.not good enough.they should of disclosed this before i purchased it.under Australian consumer law there is an expectation a product should be fit for purpose and last for a reasonable time.you deem it a manufacturing fault but refuse to replace.not good enough.

I got my first pair of specs & sunnies in this shop, and I'm loving it! Their services are the best! The staff will definitely help you find the right design that is absolutely right for your budget. The shop offers discount from time to time, be sure to check them out.

We come here every year for our annual checkups. The Optometrists are always so professional and Angelique was so friendly and helpful today while she assisted us with our choice of new frames. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

For the attention of all potential customers visiting this store, the following is my experience with my daughter at this store. Hope it helps you.
On April 18,2023, I made an appointment with Mr. Benjamin of the store for my 8 year old daughter to eye check at 4: 30pm. After a long time waiting it was Ms. Judy lee who checked my daughter. The report sheet that Ms. Judy gave me was very simple, except for the item "SPH", there was nothing to fill in other items. When I asked her why none of the other items were filled in, she replied that it was all on their computer and they would look at it when we got glasses in their store.the optometry service is not free, and the store have charged the government through Medicare. Why do the store think they can decide customers' consumption by not providing optometry results? So actually they didn't complete the service, but charged, is this a scam?

So delighted with staff, attention and help from these lovely experienced people…. Thanks so much.

The most efficient, professional and friendly service I've ever encountered at an Optometrist. Jess was undeniably knowledgeable and had a strong willingness to explain everything to me clearly and concisely. She's a true gem of this establishment.

I have a problem with eyelashes growing into my eye, which is very painful. Was told by the optometrist to drop in any time to get them removed and that I didn't need an appointment as they would slot me in between patients. I go in with my sore red eye and lady at desk said I had to have an appointment. I explained to her what was said by optometrist. But she wouldn't let me in. I went across the road and they did it right away. You have lost 2 customers not going back spec savers
