I've always had excellent service at Specsavers - Mornington, I've used a number of different optoms & audiologists over the years, and I've found Specsavers service the most efficient, convenient and budget friendly. Easy to book online, appointment availability is superb, testing equipment is state of the art, staff are well trained, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful - nothing's ever been too much trouble, like dropping in unannounced to get frames tightened and lenses re-fitted. I've found their eyewear range to be a bit limited compared to that offered by other outlets, however I note today that this has improved since my last visit and their pricing offers excellent value for money in my experience. A big thank you to Kellie, Beca & Donna for looking after me so well today.

It was my first time at Specs Savers Mornington a few weeks ago. I was due for my eye test and decided to book the appointment at SpecsSavers Mornington branch as my partner goes there and was very impressed by their service. Well. What can I say " This place is a well-oiled machine ". From my entry into the place I was welcomed by very pleasant staff at the counter. The owner Optician Bernard Chung was just a delight to be with too. The place is of ABSOLUTELY high standard! I picked up my 2 pairs yesterday and again just the loveliest place and my Specs fitted really well and my eyesight is Amaazing!
I'm very very HAPPY.

All the staff that I dealt with here were professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The glasses are affordable and suit all different looks. The optometrist Run was so kind and informative, he went out of his way to explain things and help. I definitely recommend this place.

I visited SpecSavers today and had 3 people assist me, Tash, Niki and I forgot the young lady who helped with picking frames. Anyway all 3 were friendly, helpful and really cared what a rare experience these days.good old fashioned service they made my day Thank You!

Good staff. Spectacles suitable - better vision achieved. Delivery of spectacles @ 3 weeks somewhat slow.

Had small issue with my glasses i purchased last Sept 22 went back to the
Mornington Store today Wednesday the 11th Jan the Specsavers girl was very pro active & made my visit to overcome the issue very easy would highly recommend Ange very good job well done first class.

I have purchased a total of 6 sets of glasses from specsavers over the past 3 to 4 years. I have found my reading glasses to be great. As for my prescription sunglasses, i have found the staff to be helpful, however, i have been totally dissatisfied with the product.
I have taken them back countless times to have them adjusted so they dont fall off my face everytime l tilt my head forward. The adjustment, when they heat the plastic frame and bend it to suit your head profile lasts 3 to 4 days and then there falling off again. I had 1 pair fall off and land on gravel, i took them back and explained what had happened and despite them adjusting them 4 times in a month, they declined on any type of warranty and said that i had abused the glasses. End of story!
Well, it certainly was the end of Specsavers story in my life.
