Specsavers Optometrists - Ringwood - Eastland S/C

The initial consultation was excellent but after that it went own hill. My glasses took 3 weeks to come and I had no communication from Specsavers to say they had arrived. It was by chance I popped into the store to find they were there. The girl who we saw on the second visit had no customer service whatsoever. I will never return to Ringwood Specsavers again.

Had eye test, glasses ordered 7th September. I called them today 18th October, as I hadn't heard from them. 'Oh yes there here ready for you to collect'
No one called me to let me know they were ready. The response, 'yes that can happen, sorry about that, call in and pick them up when your ready'
I feel, once they take your $$, they have no follow up service.
Never again. Never

Amazing service today, Went in for eye test and they also did a hearing test. Bre did the pre test check for my eyes and then after the hearing test she made an appointment to see audiologist. Bre helped me choose my glasses and handled it in a professional manner. It was a lovely experience and prices were excellent.

Specsaver Ringwood is always my go place, i recrntly had hearing test and found I had severe heating lose, I've booked with Specsaver Audiologist Janice, she was very thorough, detailed and nice with professional knowledge, I have a minor hearing lose but overall not too concerned as I expected. I highly recommend specsaver ringwood for eye and hearing tests.

Very friendly and helpful staff in eastland store. Easy and quick process of optical test and fitting. Big range of frames to choose from. Very competitive price and easy insurance refund.

Hi to whom it may concern. I bought some hearing aids from Specsavers a few months ago but had trouble getting them to stay in I subsequently made a second appointment to rectify the issue unfortunately I managed to Catch Covid, contacted the store to cancel the appointment and requested a call back to re-schedule unfortunately that call was not made from that store. On Friday I attended at a different Specsavers at Ringwood, made an appointment which I kept on Monday. I was fortunate to meet wit Janice the audiologist. She was polite, understanding re my brain fade not being able to fit the hearing aids properly. She subsequently made minor alterations, actually spent time on how to properly fit them, then connected everything up to my I phone. She was an absolute delight and very empathetic and knowledgeable. I would be grateful if the store manager would pass on my thanks to Janice, her help was much appreciated and the hearing aids are actually where they are supposed to be in my ears not in the box where they have been for the last few months. I went to Specsavers Eastland with the intention of ordering reading glasses. I chose a pair of glasses and then sat down with the Sales Rep & told her that I wanted them for reading. And when I went back to the store to pick them up, another Sales rRep served me. And if it wasn't for me asking her to test them out, before I left the shop. I wouldn't have known that the glasses the previous Sales Rep ordered, were for long distance. She had ordered the wrong script. So now I have to wait for another 2 weeks for a new pair of glasses to be made. Therefore, not very happy with the unprofessional Customer Service & inconvenience of having to go back.

Always feel very looked after at Specsavers. Staff are approachable and honest and there is a strong sense of professionalism throughout the team, without the expense of a sense of humour and 'good chat'. Private health rebates are competitive (at least with our chosen fund) and I have always felt like I've gotten great value for money, especially on my frames/lenses which need a bit of extra help to do the heavy lifting on my vision!

The service was great and so were the glasses. Asking for reviews is great but not doing anything with them is pointless. Why ask when you do not publish and/or say what you do with feedback.

Had an amazing experience at Ringwood Specsavers today. I had an appointment with Dr. Debra to get my eyes checked. She is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable doctor who take her time explaining details in the most clear manner possible. She is compassionate and legitimately cares for her patients. Which is hard to find these days. Also shout out to the guy with the long last name, he was also helpful.

Excellent service. Staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

I last ordered two pairs from this store and due to me relocating, I had them redirected to another store for pickup. Unfortunately, I faced issues with the other store when I went to exchange one pair under the 3 month guarantee. I called up Specsavers Ringwood and John took complete care of it, dealing with the other store and updating me promptly.

Highly recommend choosing this Specsavers location.

How ridiculous.more expensive to replace lenses on 1 pair of my current frame compared to 2 new frames and lenses.its easy to tell what you want to sell but what about the environment?

The staff are well trained and help. My daughter found it especially helpful with the help from Rhian with the contact lens trial.

Why bother having an online booking service if you allow walk-ins, which pushes everything back. I booked days ago, still sitting here waiting 45min later. So disappointed. I am a return customer, next year I'll be finding a service that books and actually adheres to it.

After encountering a small issue with my frames several months after purchase (nothing to do with the store) Hayley went above and beyond to get the problem fixed under warranty quickly with no hassles. I would highly recommend this store. Thanks so much for your help

Got a contact lens prescription update that was supposedly changed; went home to order lenses and the ones prescribed not longer come it that specification. Rang up to query was told that they could order them and when I queried how that would work for future orders was told it just would. Questioned again how that was possibly and was hung up on. Got an email minutes later apologizing with a new prescription, which was the same as my previous one. Previous appointment optometrist turned up late but at least she had time to stop and get her coffee and drink before seeing me:
