Specialized Heating & Cooling Shepparton

Arranged for a woodfire heater installation and everything was going good.
They got the quote done promptly and worked around us to get this scheduled in.
After the heater was installed and we started to use it there was a loud vibrating sound when the fan was on.
Having to be that annoying person we tried called numerous times to get it looked at.
Finally, someone attended and replaced the fan.
Tried using it again and the noise was still happening,
tried to contact several times to get this checked again and never got a call back.
Decided to leave it seeing as I was getting no response.
A year later when we started to use it again i decided to try my luck but still no success. Disappointing.

I have to give 3 stars because previously I would have given 5. Perhaps I got the wrong person today but the receptionist was so rude that I have purchased multiple homes in less than 3 years in Shepparton, and have utilized them for each home. I have always been happy with the service, but this person was so rude I will not only not be using them again - the friends that know how I maintain my home that ask us for recommendations I will let them know who I will be using moving forward.
Shepparton is small place, if you aren't good with customer service, have someone that is personable answer the phones.
The guy Dave that usually answers is a fantastic person to speak with, but the woman (whom I will not name) was an absolute mar on the experience to the point I will no longer use them.

Disgusting. Receptionist told me they were too busy to come out to quote on a new heating and cooling system. She was very rude and just couldn't be bothered.and

We had not long moved into Mooroopna from Melbourne, we needed to get our evaporative cooler serviced, we had passed Specialized Heating and Cooling a few times and forgot to call in then one day after visiting Bunnings we called in to get a quote on servicing our cooler, we we surprised at the cost of service (double in melbourne) we arranged to have the service down and were notified we would need new filer pads, had new pads fitted today 21/10/2i, Couldn't have asked for better service, friendly staff and prompt service, definitey worth 5 star review.

Terrific local company. Had a ducted heater service which turns out my heat exchanger was riddled with cracks and the serviceman could explain to me sadly it needed to be disconnected. He was able to have me connected to the sales team and organising a new unit before the end of the day. Installer came out earlier than scheduled due to lockdown changes and did a great job installing and removing old unit, communication was high and non robotic. I didn't choose Specialized Heating and Cooling due to fancy ads on tv like the other local business, and think their service speaks higher than any ad campaign. They ofter great service from phone call to end product.thank you very much.

Very happy with their service on my split systems, and the prices are pretty reasonable too. Will definitely use again, and recommend to others.

We just had our 2 storey home fitted out with a ducted refrigerated and heating system. Adrian and his team were so professional and did a fantastic job. The price was the best around and the service the best you could ask for and even happy to travel the distance for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for heating or cooling for your home.
