Specialty trees supplied me with fantastic maple. Booked an appointment to purchase from their nursery, and was well looked after, spent half an hour sorting through a variety of maples, helped me pick the best for my home, they delivered the tree on time and the driver helped me trolley the tree to the backyard, great service and advice, the best service for an established tree you could ever hope for, great job guys and thanks from my family, we love it.

We were looking for a particular little tree for a while and it came up here. They sent a quote very quickly and John in the office was helpful in us getting the size and type of tree we wanted (a eucalyptus pulverulenta, sitting here in its new pot). We'd be more than happy to get more trees here, if we can find places to squeeze them in.

Great customer service, right through from the point of selecting and ordering the tree to helping us address some issues with transplant shock after planting. The tree arrived quickly and was healthy. The team have been very friendly and informative. Would definitely use Speciality Trees again

I was bit hesitant ordering advanced trees online without viewing it but I was surprised to see how healthy and bigger than the trees you would normally find in the Bunnings or any other nurseries. Price was also reasonable compared to others. Delivery driver was knowledgeable and gave some tips as well.

Had some trees delivered today and they are of great quality, delivery was very quick and Jim who dropped them off was extremely friendly and very helpful when we had questions around planting.

Being relatively new to tree planting I spoke to the team at Specialty Trees on at least 3 occasions before making a purchase and each time received excellent advice and service from staff who are happy to share knowledge and help even before a sale was made.

I purchased some callistemon kings park special trees and Acacia cognata Green screen from speciality trees, and I am very disappointed with the poor quality of these trees. The root system are extremely pot bound, I needed to break the pots to remove the trees and it was impossible to tease the roots. I have since planted these trees and they are not doing well. 1 tree has already died and another is dying. I will never buy from speciality trees again.

My wife & I dropped by to pick out a new tree for our home reno, we were expecting to just walk around & pick one out ourselves. My wife went in to the sales office to ask a few quick questions.we ended up getting a shown around the whole property & had personalized service. We ordered over 140 plants and trees from these people. We firstly visited them, knowing what we wanted for our 3-townhouse development. One staff member drove us around the main plots viewing the trees, then drove us about 3kms down the road to their other plots to see more trees. They did not have a specific variety of one shrub but suggested another like one and showed it growing. We ordered that variety instead. All trees and shrubs arrived on the required day at the time suggested. 7 months later, all are healthy with no problems. We had a concern with one tree about 2 months after planting but were assured the dropping leaves was normal - it came back healthier about a month later. Very knowledgeable staff, talk common sense, and listen to your needs. Would use them again, no doubts.
