Service is fine but they’ve consistently been 45+ minutes behind every time we’ve gone. Always had appointments earlier than 9am. We’ve moved on.

An overall kind, comforting and professional atmosphere. Facilities are great and the doctors and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Went there for my ultrasound imaging and Dr Keene was superb and very detailed. Would not go anywhere else.

Took my wife there.would not go anywhere else for women imaging. I am a radiographer, i highly recommend this practice!

Really disappointed with this clinic and the restrictions during covid for my 12 week scan. When booking it was confirmed I could have my partner attend. 1 week before the appointment, I was advised he was no longer allowed to attend even though other imagining clinics still allowed partners at this time. I was ok with this but was then told I could not record any video of the scan, nor could I facetime with my partner, ontop of this, I was not sent a video of the scan to show him after and was not given any print outs only a link to 4 still images. My partner could not see the baby move or hear our babies heart beat for the first time. The stenographer herself was lovely but had to follow the clinic rules. I have requested all my future referals are moved away from this clinic, would not recommend.

My first tip off that I was going to be disappointed with my visit was when the chairs were too small for my plus sized self to sit in comfortably - super surprising for an office dedicated to women, particularly pregnant women.
My GP referred me here as she said it was the place they would be most likely to help me find evidence of endometriosis. After completing the internal ultrasound, the doctor came in and told me that everything was perfect inside of my uterus. When I asked if she knew why I experience so much pain, I was told that "some people are just unlucky". I have since learned through my own research that the likelihood of finding endo through internal ultrasound is pretty low, unless you have it presenting in a specific way. The only way to really confirm it is through exploratory surgery. None of this information was provided to me by the doctor. The average time it takes to diagnose endometriosis is 10 years and we can thank our GPs and specialists like this who tell us that we are just UNLUCKY for that. $400 down the hole to receive no support or further information. I genuinely find this negligent and am incredibly disappointed with the way my pain has been dismissed. Thank you for nothing.

From the minute I walked through the door to the minute I left I had such a positive experience. The Reception staff were lovely. Leanne was fantastic and explained everything clearly. Anna was lovely and explained everything to me very clearly also. It was good to have a laugh too.
Highly recommend.

We were 10 minute late for my wife's appointment today and they simply rejected us and rescheduled. The next appointment given was after two hours. We were driving one hour all the way to this place as the doctor recommend. I dont criticizes their capabilities but poor customer service. Also had to pay fortune to get the Ultra Sound done which I already booked for free at another place (I-MED). Never recommend this place.

My first experience was good, but second one for my 13 weeks pregnancy was horrible. She had no patient at all keep complaining that the baby moving. Btw be aware ladies this place doesn’t let you to record your OWN BABIES ECO FOR PRIVACY AND POLICY RESONS! She didnt also bother herself leaving the room so i can undress for internal scan and after all there was no tissues to clean myself …. While im crying seeing my baby she was only thinking of my mask that slipped down by 2 mm! Wasted $300 and i won’t recommend them to anyone anymore.

I had scans here for both of my pregnancies and they are WONDERFUL! From my first initial phone call to book in my dating scan to my last scans of the pregnancies they were so friendly and professional.

The reception staff are super friendly and accommodating and the sonographers that did my scans seem to be very experienced and professional and the doctors are just lovely.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant and the images were AMAZING! I got such great photos.:)

I have had all 3 of my pregnancy scans at Specialist Imaging For Women and the experience I receive every time is outstanding. The front desk team are always so helpful and make me feel so welcomed and Justine who usually does my scans is so professional and I always feel so at ease. Wouldn’t go anywhere else x

I just had my 20 week pregnancy scan at SIW and I am so happy with the service and experience. Brady our sonographer was incredibly experienced, lovely and very reassuring. She was also very thorough, and guided us through the whole scan with warmth and care. The photos had already been sent to my phone before we left! Highly recommended.:)

Super disappointed. At our 20 week scan our sonographer was lovely and did a great job. We didn’t wish to know the gender. After a regular scan, she left the room after telling me to undress for an internal exam. Unfortunately my eyes landed on the form she’d left face up in plain sight which marked the gender. I left not mentioning what I’d seen. Followed up with an email asking for confirmation I had indeed seen it, no response for 2 days. I phoned them and was told with absolute certainty by the receptionist nurse that they do not Mark the gender down anywhere at the 20 week, and I must have seen it wrong. I was left confused. I followed up with another email asking if the nurse could please check with my technician to make 100% sure, no answer for another 4 days. I then received a phone call today (4: 30pm on a Friday) saying they did indeed Mark it down. No apology was offered. I said ok well I’m fairly certain I know what I saw but can you please email the results, so I can look with my husband. She agreed to do this and we hung up. No email has been received, it’s now 8pm and I’m in limbo yet again. Now have to wait the whole weekend in uncertainty. It was obvious the desk staff have no care whatsoever that this is the most important time of our lives. I liked our sonographer but based on the customer service, don’t go here.

I have had all my scans for both of my children at specialist imaging for women and could not recommend them more highly. All of the staff are fantastic, the reports are provided to my doctor very quickly and the quality of photos are incredible.

I had a pelvic ultrasound done: Very kind and professional staff, feedback was instantaneous and very thorough assessment. Many questions regarding pain were answered by Kate Stone who came in the room and explained the findings. I would recommend any woman needing imaging to come to you girls without hesitation.

I was extremely disappointed regarding my experience due to such high reccomendations I had received for this private clinic. Although it happened more than a year ago I am still traumatised. My ultrasound physician was extremely rude, condescending, and invasive giving me no count down for my internal ultrasound and seemed to not care through the pain I obviously showed. Being 20 I have had ones done before but this was by far the worst I had experienced. Nothing can make me forget how awful the lady running the ultrasound was and how invaded I felt.

I've been to other places, and no one has the level of service and comfort that I found here. They are absolutely lovely, personable and the place is immaculately clean, bright and we'll presented. The quality of the scan and the training, and attention of the sonographers was excellent. Sending pictures directly to my phone to share with family straight away was such a nice touch.
We went during the pandemic, and protocols were followed for our safety, but did not feel intrusive or overly clinical, because the staff were so gentle and comforting.

I have now been here three times for scans and every time I have been thoroughly pleased with the quality and service.

Compared with other centres, the service provided here was very professional. I wasn't looking forward to the scan, and expressed that to the ultrasonographer, but I was put at ease and reassured. The results were described to me at the visit, and sent to my referring doctor the same day. This is such an important service that is offered by women for women. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Highly recommend Specialist Imaging for Women. In addition to being clinical leaders in their field, the clinicians were all wonderfully personable and caring. I've attended several other ultrasound practices in the past, and the experience at Specialist Imaging for Women was certainly the best so far. The level of care and attention made all the difference.
