Great Communication, their supply warehouse had stuffed up availability made my ordered pre-workouts very much delayed, but Geelong store, mainly Tom made sure to at least send out half my order so I’m not waiting for all of it from the warehouse because warehouse delayed ETA again on my order, thank you Tom very much appreciate it, communication from him again 10/10

10/10 knowledge and service, dealt with a young gentleman named Tom and he was exceptional!

False advertising, purchased a preworkout online claiming 40 serves, but only actually has 20 serves based on the serving information in the ingredients, meaning it actually just contained 40 half serves. Left a poor review and they took down my review on their website.

Adler is wealth of knowledge, explains the components of the items in stock well with a great understanding. My go to when in Geelong for work.

What a highly highly amazing business full of wonderful staff that are helpful and the products are always stocked and ready to go.

I thought as a newbie to the gym and supplements that I would feel out of place. But the staff have always been helpful and friendly. Definitely my one-stop shop

Luke honestly is the most helpful guy when it comes to purchasing supplements! He is very knowledgeable in what he does and the customer service is better than anywhere else I've been to. Also the quality of the products are amazing!

Visited in store with a specific health goal in mind. Was confidently referred to a product that the sales assistant had personally used. Excellent service in signing me up for customer rewards too. Keep up the great work
