Every single aspect of this truly divine treatment is curated with love and mindfulness - the beautiful treatment room, the lush ritual treatments themselves and the nourishing treats you receive. I can’t recommend Natasha, her wisdom and her healing modality enough - she is truly in her embodied integrity as a bodyworker and I am so grateful to have received her medicine.

My first ever Ayurvedic treatment, so was unsure what to expect. I'd heard good things; but from the welcome, to the environment, the care taken during the treatment and the nourishing food and tea, everything exceeded any expectations I did have. The massage was intuitive, and so relaxing I completely lost track of time and thought, for a large portion all I could focus on was my breath. Highly recommend, it was refreshing and calming. I've been processing how I feel for two days since the treatment and feel lighter, less tension and in a much improved emotional state. I was also given guidance on food or tea I could make at home to further nurture myself. Overall, one of the best investments I've made in myself and my health for a long time.

Natasha is the real deal. You can tell she sincerely loves what she does and it shows in her body work. The best Ayurveda body treatment I ever had
