7I don't recommend this childcare. Teacher abuses (verbal) kids here and my wife was the witness. The issue was escalated to manager. The manager took no action.
I wish I could give them less than one star. My 3 years old kid was complaining nearly everyday about one of the educators that she was 'angry' with him. One day when I went to pick him up I saw that educator was misbehaving (screaming) with him in front of other kids and my son seemed very scared. I stopped him immediately from going to this childcare and raised a formal complain about her. But no one from management said a single word about it but they deducted money for next two weeks from my account. That educator is still working there without having any issue.
What I've learned from this incident is "Always listen to your child, they are always correct and management doesn't care about our children, they only care about money. "
We speak of Sparrow Wyndham Waters with our utmost high regards & have been blown away by the warm & friendly atmosphere felt since the very first time we Toured.the centre.
From Adrijana in Admin, to each of the educators we've had the pleasure in meeting, all have made our family feel so welcomed.
We highly recommend Sparrows at Wyndham Waters. The team has been exceptional in helping our two boys settle into the centre. We have been blown away with the excellence and care they've given us as a family. We have been so impacted at how the educators have taken the time to get to know our boys so quickly. Everyone seems to know so much about them and how they're settling in, it's just amazing. From the start we have felt a great assurance that we have been leaving our kids in very kind, caring and capable hands. The orientation process was also excellent ad helped us as well as our boys settle in easily.
I have had a truly positive experience with the centre and have been kept informed of any changes that are happening with a very good relationship with the workers. I would recommend the centre to all of my friends as my daughter is absolutely loving her time there!
I got my two kids on this centre.the Educators are very professional and very competent. They always make sure that they bring out the best on our kids. They also take time to communicate with parents during drop off and pick up. Every room is very engaging and kids learn so much from their resources. Highly recommended!
I started in the center as Service Manager a month ago, and can tell you that the educators we have hear are loving, caring and have been with this center for more than 5-10 years. The center is big on community relationships and support and has a long year experience to prove that. Hope you can come and have a feel for yourselves
