Sparrow Early Learning Alamanda

Kia Ora our daughter is new to sparrows (safira is 16months she absolutely enjoys her days Loves seeing her teachers and already learned a few new songs hundred percent recommended sparrows early learning now living 20mins away we still travel here.

My girls have been in this center for almost 3 months and we have nothing but compliments so far.

Staff is so warm and friendly, they all call my girls by the name (even the ones who are not assigned to their rooms. My girls come home every night asking if they can have "their teachers" over to play with them at home. That means the world to me as developing safe bonds with their carers is key at this age, way more important than academic achievements. But having said that, I also noticed a huge leap in my 4yo literacy and numeracy and my 2yo language skills. I am really satisfied with the work that has been done.

My girls clothes have not been lost once (very different from the previous center they attended), minimal incidents that were dealt with swiftly and professionally by the center manager.

Alison and the educators have been attentive and fast to respond to our requests regarding sleep time and picky eating.

We are a 100% satisfied and would strongly recommend the center to other families

Chloe love all the teachers and my son who doesn't attend daycare know them all and loves them and his not even 1 yet
Both management and staff are so welcoming, helpful and just amazing and I never faced any issues with any of them
Sadly we are moving and next week is my daughters last week I am honestly so sad with taking her out and don't think I'll ever love a center as much as this thanks for all your amazing work guys

I had an exceptional experience with the childcare service! The staff was incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the children. They provided a wide range of engaging activities that fostered both learning and play. Safety was a top priority. The communication with parents was excellent, keeping us informed about our child's daily activities and progress. I highly recommend this childcare service to any parent seeking a place where their child will be well-cared for and happy!

We started our child at sparrow in early 2023, and we couldn’t be happier. It took us a long time to decide where to go and I can happily say Sparrow Early Learning has been so wonderful, from helping our son settle in, encouraging him to learn and grow and always keeping things engaging / fun.

My 2 year old has attended this centre since she was 6 months old. She has made so many friends, and loves to tell me about her day with them. She has had such a close bond with the educators and even though she had some attachment issues at the start, she has always been happy when I've picked her up.

Both of my children have been attending Sparrow Alamanda since 9 months old (now 2 and 4) and I couldn't be happier. They have absolutely thrived at this centre. The staff have always been very responsive and caring and communication has always been very direct and clear. If there were any queries they were followed up straight away. I was unsure of sending my kids to childcare but am very thankful that I have - Sparrow Alamanda certainly made the transition and whole experience very much a positive one. The connections and friendships they have made and their social developments have just grown in leaps and bounds. They are two very confident and kind children and much of this can be attributed towards the care and education they receive at Sparrow.

Recently I have enrolled my 8 month old baby at Alamanda sparrow. From the get go the staff have been going above and beyond to accommodate my needs and wants. I have visited number of centres and the effort the staff put in to keep the room clean is simply amazing. The room leader Maha exceeds expectations every single time. She has an eye for every single child in the room.

I had a few requests even before I started and the response was excellent. Speak to Lauren and her office staff if you have any concerns.

Worst experience and would have given negative star if possible and all that this centre wants is to somehow earn money and really does not care anything else. No commitment on what they verbally say. If you still want your child enrolled here, have everything in email or written else they will just not accept or agree on what they say.

Bad experience no any help with centerlink issues.no any guidance about session time and full time charges.
Deduct amount silently total waste of money.

The staff are so lovely and caring, they have become like a second family for our bubba who is always so happy to be there. We can’t imagine sending him anywhere else. Thank you Sparrow! X

Our 17 month old has been attending Sparrow Alamanda since the beginning of the year.and what a crazy year with Covid. Through this, we see how much our little one has grown and developed and is so happy being there. The facilities are great and it's the wonderful educators that make it really special. They show how much they care and respect the children and their families which gives so much comfort sending our child there.

My daughter has been coming here for almost 2 years now. She loves it and we do too! She has come out of her shell from a shy little girl, into a confident little girl and i believe that is thanks to the wonderful educators. The centre manager Fredrica is wonderful! So approachable and friendly.
The recently renovated outdoor area is amazing for the children!

It was a pleasant 1st meeting with centre manager to understand how and what they offer. Still have some time to enroll. Good first impression of sparrow learning.

Took me 9 months to get them to update my sons CRN, still not correct! No refund of fees, not respond to my request, ignore my email! So disappointed!

Although the educaters are very polite, they have spent too much time on their iPad. Their first priority is to keep children safe and interact with them.

Since the day that our little baby boy (then 5 months old) started to attend the Centre, he has been very well cared for and loved. We appreciate the work of the educaters - a well-trained and friendly team - always finding a way to stimulate our little one and sharing his new adventures daily with us. The management is responsive in communication and attempts to resolve issues in a timely manner. Truely a second home for our little one!

The facilities are great and the educators are excellent, definitely the best element of the service, if you want a childcare service with a family feel you definitely need to consider Sparrow Alamanda as an option!

Daughter 2 years old started at sparrow this year and at first I was very nervous to leave her in the care of others. At orientation I was so surprised to see my daughter settle within the first few minutes. Her class room is bright and has so many toys and activities that she loves to do and play with. Each day we get updates on my daughter development personally by her educators. The educators are patient caring and understanding. As you enter you are immediately greeted by the friendly staff. My daughter has the biggest smile each morning ready to go. Thank you sparrow for making my daughter enjoy her time each week at your child care centre. Highly recommended and very clean:)
