Spares Store Melbourne

Made a purchase online, they accepted my money very quickly. It has been nearly 4 weeks and they will not return my emails, my attempts to use their chat on their website or messages on their instagram page have also fallen on deaf ears. I have also noticed another review this week sharing similar issues. Very poor communication, still waiting to hear back from them and upset as I have spent nearly $200 on their website.

Re-edit: I was contacted by Hugo at the store and he was very apologetic and explained the issues as to why I didn't receive my items. Consequently he refunded some money and resent the products on the day.

Spares is a gem of a store, loads of great stuff from brand like Carhartt & Patagonia, but also bits from smaller brands you may not have heard of.

Hugo the owner is a total don. He is friendly, knowledgeable and doesn't attempt the 'hard sell' that can be so annoying in small shops.

I urge you to support small shops like Spares, they keep Melbourne interesting, connected and you'd miss them if they left.
