Sovereign Radiology Sebastopol

I attended today for a shoulder scan, and was very happy with the pleasant staff from the front desk, through to treatment.
Last year I had MRI here, and they also were fabulous.
Cannot fault the friendly efficient service. Thank you.

We went to the Sebas clinic yesterday for an abdo ultrasound for my 5 year old. It was a rocky start but Wilson our sonographer was so very patient with us, and once we managed to get started he had all the tactics for helping her settle down and trust him. It was a really wonderful experience. The reception staff were great and helped me with my concerns that I wasn’t sure how we’d go getting the scan done.

I can't believe how great this experience was to have an x-ray! Friendly and attentive staff, clean environment and such an easy process. Great to see a medical facility at such high standards.

I had an appointment for 9: 20am. I was on time.
After talking to reception, I was told i wouldn't be seen until 9: 40 as that is how they organise their bookings. So, immediately wasting 20 minutes of my time.
After 35 mins I was still sitting in the waiting room.
Time is money! As long as sovereign radiology is making their money they don't care about your time. So, I walked out without being seen. I'll find somewhere that values my time and money.
Making every customer wait 20 mins (minimum) is ridiculous
