Souvlaki GR Blackburn North

Amazing customer service! Thanks to the team at Blackburn North Souvlaki GR, my experience was great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious lunch or dinner.

Came here a few weeks ago, ordered online for pickup and the estimated wait time was 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes for my order, which was very small. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I tried to ask for a refund so I could leave as I was late for something, however the staff member ignored my request and turned around.

The person who I assume to be a manager or owner seemed to be quite rude to their staff, and overall the service was disappointing.

The food was fine, although not worth that kind of wait.

this Blackburn North must the worst souvlakigr.
I ordered the gr.snack pack at$18.90 was told there will be a 10 minute wait 30 minutes later I had to ask about my about my meal.
None of the meat is freshly cut it's all stored in container were they serve it to you from the older lady was wearing gloves but touched doors drinks benches and the meat all with the same gloves on discusting.no I will not be returning to this shop as health inspectors need to made aware of the poor food conduct in this place.

I ordered a value chicken and chips and was waiting about 25 mins while everyone who was served after me received their order first. Then when I got home and looked at the food chicken was undercooked and still pink!

The souvlaki experience was very disappointing. The meat quality was appauling, with lamb being gristly and overly salty – I'd go as far as calling it inedible.

Oddly, regularly have highly positive experiences at the GR in Croydon, this one, akin to the Boronia branch, falls short. I'll steer clear in the future, noting the significant quality differences across the chain.

Let's start with the service she said all the right things but it sounded fake. I noticed on the menu that it mentioned chips I thought this was going to be a side order which would make sense but no its inside the souvlaki.really! Is it a souvlaki or HSP. I would have been happy to pay more and get a bigger souvlaki. I was still hungry after finishing.

The portion is too small and in a very average quality.
We decided to cancel the chips because we finished lunch and then the chips arrived. Not recommend it.

I ordered a beef souvlaki and upon returning home realised they gave me a hot dog instead? I should have checked my order as I usually do but didn’t. Perhaps get the order right before you hand the food to your customers. Heaps of mustard which was quite overwhelming. Lack of taste in the sausage too. Not a pleasant lunch!

Tried it for the first time and had a great experience, staff was friendly in store was clean and hygienic. Food was delicious and would definitely come back.
