Souvlaki GR

Chips are not edible, way over seasoned and soggy and I rate the souvlaki a 2 / 10 for the price you pay it needs to be 10

Eaten souvlaki all over Australia even Tasmania and this is the worst one i ever eaten, chips were soggy and the meat wasn't even souvlaki meat. Not worth the money.

Just tried to eat a lamb souvlaki from the Heidelberg West outlet of SouvlakiGR, but even my old, tarnished palette couldn’t deal with that much salt on that over-cooked lamb. The few strips of tomato didn’t help and what I think were radish slices seemed weirdly out of place. A few limp chips garnished the wrap. For what it’s worth, the pita was pretty good!
And All that delight for $15 bucks?
Ain’t gonna happen again!

Don't Urber, I had to ring after waiting 1 hour & was told it wasn't made yet as they prioritise walk-ins customers! The food was good but you'll starve to death before you get it so plan hours ahead. Prices are also way to high for the portion you receive. I won't go back again - they got the order wrong to make matters worse.pretty sure sure this business will shut down soon enough as they will lose all their customers!

Wonderful place for tasty food in & around Heidelberg, fresh feel food with wonderful customer service, they are just amazing in cooking your meal, great job visiting again

It was appalling. One person working on their own lunch time on a Sunday and had to wait half an hour for the food. Food was cold and was not worth the $50 it cost. Didn’t even want to give one star. Definitely don’t recommend.

Don't bother with rewards card staff don't know how to use it? Souvlaki size is not fulfilling, onion, tomato and tzatziki on 1 side meat on other side makes it look deceiving, if you love onions that's the main filling. Large chips is Xsmall refer to pic posted with toothpick in front of serving size. 2 stars given because it is tasty even though meat was hard and dried out ordered within hour of opening.

Food was okay, but price was high and serves were small. One person serving was slow, possibly new, but nice. The other person seemed annoyed. But this was possibly because the shop was pumping music loud enough to make it nearly impossible to hear the person taking my order.

Friendly staff, authentic greek souvlaki. Definitely best in the area. Never failed to satisfy with size and taste

Very disappointed.placed order online. Requested for a chicken souvlaki with no tomato and added feta cheese which was an extra $2.
Received my order.had tomato in it and no feta. What a waste of extra $2 to then not receive it.: (

Hi Guys, I just purchased a Pork Souvlaki at your Heildelberg franchise. To say I was less than impressed would be an understatement - I have never seen 3 orders take so long to get out. I ordered one thing and had to wait upwards of 10mins for it. I would have taken it back had I not been so hungry at lunchtime. Once I got my souvlaki, there was a big piece of dried up pork that was possibly a day old and the way the souvlaki was folded in half made it really difficult to eat eg. Bits were falling out. There were about 5 chips in it so they were literally none existent and they fell to the bottom of the bag. Expected abit more from these guys but they looked really dis-interested in what they were doing and one of the guys behind the jump was having a drink and something to eat in front of customers. Not good enough and I will unlikely go back.

Tables were not cleaned from previous diners
Placed our order to dine in had our orders mucked up and they Forgot to put in tomato and onion then was handed 2 dishes with the left out ingredients to put myself, chips were all burnt,
My lamb souvlaki was so dry and horrible
We are regular customers but won’t be going back any time soon.
Very disappointing

I went there for quick lunch and ordered the Lamb Suvlaki with drinks and paid almost $20, very disappointed, I opened the wrap and was looking for the lamb! Hardly there is any meat! It's filled with onion and garlic sauce.
I will never go there again and don't recommend it as value for money it's terrible
